Confession's || Draco Malfoy x OC

Slytherin

The Slytherin table erupted in cheers but i couldn't hear it, i could only see. And all i could see was the devastated face of the red head whom I had grown up with. I knew what Ron thought of Slytherins, christ he hated them. But he knows im not evil, surely. I knew my parents wouldn't be disappointed with me being sorted into Slytherin, after all some of the greatest wizards and witches we know are from Slytherin. And I know they are good people.

I just hoped that Ron could see that I'm a good person despite my house...

I walked over to the Slytherin table and was greeted by a few of the younger students. "Hello I'm Theodore Knott" He held his hand out, I placed my hand in his and shook it. "I'm Alice" I smiled. I sat down at the Slytherin table next to Theodore who told me that I could call him Theo.

Ron was sorted into Gryffindor along with Harry, Hermione and Neville. All the people I had met on the train. Theo seemed nice though, he introduced me to some of the other Slytherins like Matteo, Blaise, Crabbe, Goyle and Draco. Matteo and Blaise were also nice, Crabbe, Goyle and Draco on the other hand... Well i didnt see myself getting along with them.

About 10 minutes after the ceremony had finished I walked over to Gryffindor table and sat between Ron and Hermione. "Ron are you mad at me" I asked the red head.

"You know what I think about Slytherin" He stated.

"But do you really think I'm like that..?" I questioned.

"No, I know your not" He sighed.

"Hey we are still gonna be friends you know that right?" I told him.

"Good, be careful though. I don't trust any of those Slytherins" He explained.

"I know Ron" I laughed and gave him a hug.

I spent the rest of the feast with the Gryffindor's they where very welcoming and kind considering I wasn't in they're house. Fred and George were telling me about some sweet ideas they have and asked if I wanted to help. Of course I said I would. Hermione was panicking because she hadn't received her time table yet, honestly she was such a curiosity to me.

The Feast had just ended so we were being taken to the Slytherin common Room we were told that the password was "Pure-Blood" which is ironic because there's very few pure bloods in Slytherin this year. The common room was in the dungeons and as a result were pretty cold they were also quite gloomy.

I was sharing a room with four other Slytherin girls. Pansy Parkinson, Daphne Greengrass, Millicent Bulstrode and Tracey Davis. Pansy seemed to have a problem with me so did Millicent, I hadn't spoken to Tracey yet but Daphne was very welcoming. Our dorm room was fairly warm compared to the common room which was very cold. We had all taken our suitcase's to our dorm and unpacked them. Once we had finished unpacking we all went downstairs to the common room.

All the boys were in the common room already so we sat by them. I was sat by Daphne and Theo. Pansy was literally hugging Draco and his face was the most hysterical thing I've seen all day. After a while everyone began talking, not about anything particular just random stuff. I was mostly talking with Theo.

He told me that he was raised by his father because his mother died when he was young. He said he was never really affected by his mothers death because he never knew her, he said he gets curios sometimes but not upset. I told him all about my family as well. Neither of us have siblings, he agreed with me that he can get lonely sometimes. I told him all about my dog Marlie, and showed him a photo of her that i had put in my robe.

Crabbe and Goyle went up to there dorm first followed by Millicent who didn't stop shooting holes into my head the whole time I was down there.

"Your so funny Draco" Pansy squealed hugging him slightly.

"Do you really think so Parkinson?" I asked her.

"Yes he's hilarious" She laughed.

"That's so weird because I think he's one of the most dull people I've ever met" I told the girl.

"Why don't you mind your own business Thornton" Draco hissed. What is he a snake?

"Sorry i didn't mean to offend you or your little girlfriend" I said sarcastically.

That annoyed him, i could tell. He looked like he was about to explode.

"Parkinson's not my girlfriend" He growled.

"Have you told her that" I asked him.

"I know we aren't dating yet" She stated.

"What? But you look so cute together" I explained. "I can practically feel the love in the air" I added.

"Mind your own business Thornton" He said much louder this time.

I raised my hands in surrender. "Sorry Malfoy, didn't know it was such a soft topic" I smirked.

"Okay guys calm down" Daphne spoke up.

"What lessons are you all looking most looking forward to" Matteo questioned changing the subject.

"Potion's" Draco replied duly.

"Me to potions for sure" Pansy replied smiling at Draco.

"Awh cute" I smiled.

Draco sent me a look. If looks could kill id be dead.

"Okay Alice, that's enough" Blaise told me.

"I'm sorry I didn't mean to offend anyone" I replied sending Draco a death glare in return.

I went up to my dorm with Daphne a few minutes later, Daphne was telling me all about her family's party's and how her parents also threw a Party when she got into Hogwarts. Which made me feel a bit better about mine, she didn't however almost set her house on fire. But she thought it was hilarious that I almost did. We didn't talk for long because we were told to shut up by Millicent as soon as we got into our dorm. But needless to say she's definitely someone id like to become friends with.
