Here are the forms if you would like to be a participant in the Quidditch Awards. You can refer to the genres from the previous chapter.
Now, if you were looking closely at the genres chapter, you may have noticed a certain 'Graphic Portfolio' genre, and if you are wondering what that is, it will be explained here. You can skip this bit and go right to the forms if you aren't interested.
So, to make this awards different, we have made a Graphic Portfolio category. If you are signed up for the Graphic Portfolio category, a graphic designer judge will judge your portfolio of graphics based on neatness, creativity, clarity, font and colour scheme. It will be just like the other genres in this contest (eight slots), just instead of books, its portfolios. You can ask any questions about it in the comments. The forms for Graphic Portfolio participants will be separate from the regular ones. It's below the participant forms.
