You and the one and only William Byers have decided to go to the skating rink today. As you both walked down the streets of California as the hot summer sun beat down on you, you chatted the whole way there. You and Will could talk nonstop and not get bored of each other. It was one of the highlights of your day, just telling eachother about your days.
You walked into the skating rink only to be met with the powerful stench of pizza and a more faint smell of popcorn. You walk to get your skates and sit down to put on your skates. It took a couple tries but you finally got your skates tied tight enough in a sloppy knot. You quickly stood up, but that was a mistake considering you almost fell and broke your ankle, but with caught you.
"You okay?"he asked with a slight smile, "Yeah" You replied with a giggle. You still weren't sure so the whole time you had a tight grip on Will's hand just so you wouldn't fall. After skating a little while longer Will let go of your hand and you were petrified.
"It's okay you got it." He said reassuringly you kept on going with Will still by your side. You skated by yourself for a good while before you both decided you were ready to go home. You sat down at one of the sticky booths, you cringed at the feeling, but you still slowly untied your skates and took both yours and Will's back to the counter.
You had put your shoes on and walked out of the building, and you were just happy to be there with the one and only William Byers
