Chapter 2

Morning came, somi woke up from her sleep because of the sound of birds chirping. Somi stood up and cleaned the dirt on her dress. somi's stomach rumbled indicating she was hungry. She walked feebly in search of food and she remembered that she had no money at all. while she was walking she saw Vernon's bodyguard was looking for something and it is certain that they are looking for her, Vernon's bodyguard saw Somi. Somi ran very fast even though her body was really weak at that time. She kept running until she bumped into someone so she and the man fell on the sidewalk. somi moaned in pain. somi's knee was bleeding but somi still got up and kept running. before she ran she apologised to the man she had hit a while ago.

She ran and ran as hard as she could. She stopped she didn't know which way she should go for fear of possibly meeting Vernon's bodyguard. suddenly a man pulled her to hide behind the many large boxes on the side of the building. The man signaled to be quiet by putting his index finger in his mouth asking for silence. Somi escaped from Vernon's bodyguard because they passed the area where Somi was hiding and they went to another place to look for Somi. Somi was relieved. Somi raised her face and saw that the one pulling her just now was the man she hit when she was running away just now. before the man could speak somi pushed the man because she just realized that she was in his arms. Somi left the man that saved her by running out of their hiding place and running to find a safer area before Vernon's body guards searched this area again.

Somi ran until she came across an abandoned house. when she felt it was safe to sit there. She stopped and rested. She thought until when she had to live like this. She cried until she fell asleep from exhaustion from running too hard and starving. She is tired she is sick.
