He has witnessed mark shoot himself from Cesar or Uncle Ces he called him, Him and Cesar had a very good bond, Elliot got to see him each weekend. Elliot is the Lieutenant in the police. He dies Augest 10th 2010. he went missing 2 days before his death, He is Autistic, Has ADHD and has anger Issues, He may seem all tough, but once you get to know him, hes mainly soft and sweet.
