Annoyingly before I could say thank you I was back in my room, my cold, dark room. A wave of sadness now floods me as I am now, once again alone. In bed and I'm back to where it started. As I was laying in bed I thought how lucky I was to have a dream like that, filled with joy and laughter I only wish it was real...
A smile grows on my face as I look at the corner if the room where Barry once sat. Instead of him however there was a red stuffed dinosaur with eyes more gold than the earths most precious treasures, and what seemed to be a piece of pink cotton candy on its fur. I feel warmth spread through my body as I am asking myself one question.
It WAS a dream, wasn't it?
All of the sudden I wasn't feeling so alone anymore. I wouldn't trade that night for the world.
