"Hyung, how do I look?" Tae asked J-Hope.

"You are the most handsome person in the world; there's no need to question or think otherwise," J-Hope said while arranging his collections.

"No, seriously, you didn't even glance my way, and you always exaggerate. Please tell me the truth."

"Tae, you look fantastic in that style. Just rock the stage; everyone is waiting, and your girlfriend Y/N is there too," J-Hope said. Tae's cheeks tinted with a blush upon hearing Hoseok Hyung's words. 

Jung Hoseok, recognized globally as an illustrious fashion designer, is renowned for his impeccable fashion sense and style. His creations, including dresses and accessories, are crafted by hand with the utmost attention, affection, and precision, making him the epitome of perfection.

Annually, J-Hope releases his line of handmade clothing, which consistently becomes a sensation. His stylish designs are irresistible; from celebrities to influencers to everyday folks, everyone is captivated by his fashion sense. Whenever Hoseok unveils his latest designs in dresses and accessories, his best friend, renowned model Kim Taehyung, ensures he participates in the fashion show, either as a showstopper or as an attendee.

Even though Tae consistently requests J-Hope to include him in his runway shows, J-Hope prefers to offer opportunities to emerging talents. Both Tae and J-Hope understand that for newcomers or those less recognized, securing a top spot in the industry can be incredibly challenging.

But today is somewhat special because Tae is not only going to rock the stage, but he's also planning to propose to his girlfriend.

When Tae first mentioned Y/N to J-Hope, J-Hope felt a mix of happiness and a sudden twinge in his heart. Until he was 27, J-Hope was a man without a weakness, but unexpectedly for everyone, Kim Taehyung became his Achilles' heel. He would do anything for him because, in the early stages of his career, he had fallen for the chaotic, utterly disorganized man with the boxy smile and wild, childlike charm.

Hoseok understands that Tae is neither gay nor bisexual, so he has abandoned the idea of confessing his feelings. Nevertheless, he continues to love him in silence. Hoseok soothes his senses, content in the knowledge that Tae is happy, as that is what truly matters.

"Fight, Tae, go get your girl, my Tiger Cub." Hoseok utters these words with sheer enthusiasm and, in response, receives a bone-crushing hug, Hobi's favorite kind. Tae never fully understands what that hug signifies to him, but he could spend his entire life enveloped in the tight warmth of that wonderful man.

After making a grand exit as the showstopper, Tae hurried to his car without offering Hobi a proper farewell.

"So, this is it, isn't it, Taehyung? This marks the end of VHope's journey. It's the stop where I disembark. You have to travel far, my dear. I wish you a safe journey and happiness." A solitary tear escaped from Hobi's eyes.

Hoseok thought Tae arranged a dinner date to propose to Y/N. She had been by his side during his best and worst moments, similar to his Hobi Hyung, who had been there even more and witnessed many of Tae's most vulnerable times.

Tae always feels fortunate to have a friend like Hoseok and a girlfriend like Y/N. However, today he didn't come to propose to Y/N; he came to confess his love. Tae realizes that he never truly fell for Y/N, he never emerged from his closet to date, but he recognizes that the love he constantly feels isn't for Y/N, it's for his Hobi Hyung—Tae's little bundle of joy. Tae is aware.

She will understand and support her to the end, so he came to clarify with her.

Y/N came to meet in a normal hoodie and jeans. Tae felt a bit off seeing Y/N like that on a dinner date.

"Why're you shocked, Tae? Sit. Now tell me, what's the matter? Today is your show; why is the dinner invitation after that with me? Most of the time, that day is booked for Oppa, isn't it?"

"Why are you looking like you were crying, Y/N?" Tae asked.

"I'm okay, Tae; I just work under pressure."

"Y/N, I came here to confess to you about my love." Y/N cut him in the middle and spoke. "For Hobi Oppa, right?" Tae kept silent and was a bit shocked after hearing that.

"You never fall for me, Tae; you just can't decide your sexuality. Just live your life, and don't worry about me. I'm happy to be your friend and will be very happy to see you as my brother-in-law." Y/N winked, and Tae blushed a bit.

"My Oppa loves you from a very early age in his career; he never dated anyone because, even if you don't know about his love, he feels pain, jealousy, and anger every time something happens to you. I know you need someone to come out of your closet, so I let myself do the honors. The days I spend with you, with the title girlfriend, are my most beautiful days. You set my standards so high that it will be difficult to find someone like Taehyung. I never kiss you because I want you to save it as my Oppa's first kiss. Don't give him more pain as you realize that you love him. I can't see my sunshine suffer more. He faces enough trouble for 3 years and enough pain for the past 6 months to see his sister date the love of his life.

"Go, get lost. Now."

Tae knows Y/N is developing feelings for him, but it will not be good for her if Tae hangs her in a relationship that will never reach its end goal. So, he hugged Y/N, kissed her forehead for some time, and left her at the restaurant table.

"Live your life with my sunshine, Tae. That man never asked for anything. Love him as he deserves. Our chapter ends here."

He runs towards the store cause he knows his Hobi Hyung is at his store right now with workers. When he reached the store, the store was dark from the outside, but he saw a light from a device, so he entered and saw J-Hope looking at their old pictures with watery eyes.

Tae silently went behind him and back-hugged him while burying his face in his neck and inhaling his scent. At first, Hobi was shocked by the presence but soon understood it was Tae.

"What happened, baby bear? Did you both fight?" Hobi asked.

"No, you know we never fight."

"So, why are you here?"

"I came to propose to my love," Tae said.

"So where is Y/N? Did my baby sister come here with you?"

No, I came here to confess that...Tae picked Hobi from the back, let him stand up, and spun him to face Tae. Kim Taehyung is bisexual, and he never loves Y/N; whenever he feels love, he feels for Jung Hoseok, not Jung Y/N.

So, I've had enough of my confusion, and my first kiss made me realize how much I love you.

So, you both kissed? You said you had never kissed before. Hobi asked.

Never, Hyung, not even today. Me and Y/N never kissed each other. I never initiate cause I never felt that way, and she never initiates cause she knows how much that kiss means to his Oppa.

So, whom did you kiss? Hobi again asked.

Do you remember we went shopping for Y/N's birthday, and that turned into a whole day of fun cause we enjoyed watching movies, having fun in the theme park, etc.?

That day, while I drove you home, you were sleeping so peacefully, and we were going through a long, empty road. I stopped the car to properly have my coffee cause I was also feeling sleepy while driving.

When I was sipping my coffee, I was looking at you. You looked so eternal, and without knowing it, I started caressing every little detail on your face [Hoseok felt the chills while listening to his words] and slowly leaned on your lips and kissed them cause with you, I was feeling the urge to kiss those. Damn, it feels addictive, yet I didn't get another chance to kiss them in these 2 months.

Do you love me, Taehyungie? Am I dreaming or something? What about Y/N? No, just go to her; she loves you.

Hyung, I love you, and I don't want her to be in a complete situation where she didn't get proper love. No, it's not a dream; it's as true as the universe. Cause you're my universe.
