[UNDER CONSTRUCTION] "Alone To Long" leafy angst story

warnings: swearing, description of a beating, pain, mention of abuse, nightmares 

She felt like she'd been walking forever, looked like it to, sun was starting to set, and the city looked even farther than before "oh this feels pointless...it's getting late maybe i should eat something-" she was slightly in pain now realizing she didn't stop walking for lunch as she was focused on getting to the city, and not thinking bad of herself the whole way there.

She stopped walking and turned to a bush that was surprisingly close- like she might have tripped on it had she walked just a bit farther, grabbing a berry she ate it along with a couple more- "alright- thats dinner- now where do i sleep..." she looked around seeing nothing but bushes and rocks, she spotted a soft looking grass patch just a bit farther ahead, walking to it she layed down.

She was right, it was comfortable, so comfortable that she realized that she's exhausted..her eyes start to close falling asleep immediately, she fell into a dream....

"...where am i..is this..." she said, looking around, this was the areia for bfdi! But- why was she back? She stood up walking a bit, everything felt real.. The sky was bright, the grass was soft, and the air was calm. She must be back, but then- what about yoyle land? Wasn't she chased out? she felt a tap on her back..she turned around and saw- pin! "Hey leafy!" she said happily "are you ok? you look lost?" she said with slight concern in her voice.

"o-oh uh no im fine-" pin squinted her eyes looking carefully at the other "ok then! Come on! We're going to be late!" pin spoke excitedly "late? For what" leafy said confused, pin giggled in response "to the picnic of course! We've been planning this for a while- don't tell me you forgot?" pin said getting sad at the end.

Leafy realizing that she probably did forget she then said "O-OH nononono i didn't!" saying that maid pin smiled again, pin giggled again "OK! Let's go!!" she grabbed her hand and and started to walk run to where the picnic apparently was-

Leafy felt her face warm slightly, she brushed it off just happy that her friend wasn't mad at her, and the possibility of what happened to just a bad day dream, she was good at making stories like that, GB once commented that she would make an excellent liar, and somewhat said she didn't trust her.

After walking hand in hand for a while leafy started to wonder how long it was going to take to finally get to the picnic "uhm pin?" leafy said cautiously, pin hummed in acknowledgement "how long until we get there?" pin chuckled "just a little longer silly!" leafy blushed again, something about the pin made her all flustered...

"O-ok!" she said blindly following her best friend, trusting her to take her to this picnic..

Again they had been walking for what seemed like at least 20 minutes "p-pin uhm are we lost? Do..do you know where we're going?" pin looked at her "hehe! Of Course i do silly! You trust me right?" flattered once more she nodded at her smiling, "I do! You're my best friend!!" pin smiled back "thanks leafy! Now let's get going otherwise we will miss the picnic!!" leafy giggled "Ok!!".

It felt like it had been an hour, but it didn't look like they were making any progress "pin..?" leafy nervously said, pin didn't reply "pin?" Leafy called again, "shut up." she said, abruptly started walking faster yanking leafy as she did.

Leafy was slightly shocked by her words; she had been so kind just a second ago.."i-im sorry?" leafy squeaked out an apology after being pulled randomly, she was embarrassed, and hurt on why she just- told her to shut up? She's only done that once.. And it was because they were both laughing and hiding to surprise Coiny for his birthday.

"I said shut up. God why can't you follow simple instructions." That hurt her a lot. That was something that her mom used to say.. When she was younger, sometimes she would forget to clean up her toys, or she would forget how to make something, or she would forget what her mom told her to do just a second ago, or sometimes she just wouldn't understand how, but instead of helping her, she just started counting down from 10, maybe 5 and if she wasn't done by then she would get hit.

"S-sor-" she was about to say sorry again when she was suddenly yanked forward, pin had thrown her in front of her onto the ground, the sky was no longer bright, it looked like it was about to rain, the grass was no longer soft, it felt almost like little needles sticking into her as she laid on it.

"WHY ARE YOU SO ANNOYING?" pin yelled at her "I ASK YOU TO STOP TALKING JUST FOR ONE SECOND AND YOU DON'T STOP, YOU- NEVER- LISTEN- TO ANYONE, YOUR SELFISH AND CANT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER" leafy looked up at her scared, her breathing started to pick up, so did the wind "THAT'S WHY YOUR HERE, THAT WHY YOUR STUCK IN YOYLE LAND-".

"P-pi-" leafy started "NO SHUT UP DONT EVEN TALK TO ME, I HATE YOU, I HATE YOU SO MUCH, I WISH I WASNT YOUR FRIEND, I WISH I NEVER MET YOU, YOUR SO STUPID, AND LOUD, AND YOU FORGET ANYTHING YOUR TOLD JUST A FEW SECONDS AFTER, HOW COME YOU DIDNT NOTICE HOW MUCH PEOPLE HATED TALKING TO YOU TILL NOW?" pin's words felt she was being stabbed with knives "i-.." she spoke "i'm sorry!!" she tried to say.

"NO I DON'T CARE, BE SORRY, I DON'T FORGIVE YOU, I NEVER WILL, HOW COULD YOU TAKE DREAM ISLAND AWAY FROM YOUR FRIEND?" pin yelled harshly reminding her of her mistakes, pin pulled leafy to her feet, grass still feeling as sharp as ever just to throw her to the ground again this time onto a rock, her back bent in pain, she screamed in pain, being thrown onto a rock with needle grass around it isn't the most comfortable thing.

"Oh SHUT UP- It's Not That Bad You Sensitive Ass Bitch. Bet you've gotten worse from your dad anyway.." pins words hurt, but the look that she gave was worse she was looking at leafy like she had done some unspeakable crime that she could never forgive her for, leafy was crying, bent back over the rock limbs bleeding, she tried her best to get up, she felt a force kick her down.

Pin had kicked her in the stomach back down onto the rock, leafy screamed again "PIN STOP PLEASE IT HURTS STOP IT PLEASE PIN!!!!" she said, trying to sit up to look at pin, once more pin kicked her down, yelling once more, this time pin kept pushing down...leafy felt the push of the rock on her spine, after leafy stopped her cries of pain, pin leaned down to her, pushing her down more leafy was in shock, this wasn't pin, pin wouldn't do this-....right? she wasn't that mad was she?

Pin stood up, backing off of her once more...leafy sat up her whole body in pain, she then sat in front of leafy cupping her face, tears flowing down leafys face, pins expression softened she was now looking at her with a sympathetic smile, leafy choked out a sentence "p-pin..it hurt so much, why..why did you do that?" pin chuckled quietly, as she whispered in her ear "good..i hope it kills you..", within a quick moment pin stood up and kicked her back again, but just before she could hit the rock once more.... She woke up.

She jumped awake sitting up, feeling tears roll down her face, her limbs felt like pins and needles, her back and behind her head felt in incredible amount of pain, as if the dream were real, and it truly happened to her, though it didn't, she was still in yoyle land... she sighed, then started to cry, from physical pain, but also what her former best friend had said to her...
