Katara's POV ofc :
I sent the gc a message to meet at my house, I got in my car and put on some jammers, and drove home. I got stuck in a bit of traffic and so I was the last person to arrive. So I walk through the door and saw everyone spread out around the room, Aang and Sokka on the couch playing Mario Kart, Azula, and Suki in the kitchen preparing snacks and Toph sitting next to Sokka yelling at him for god knows what. I walk into the living room and see all the chaos going on, Aang was the first to see me and he gave me a hug and a kiss. Sokka gags and tells us to stop being lovey-dovy in front of him we all laugh at him and tell him he is an idiot. We all gather in the living room to watch a show called Outer Banks (a/n I LOVE THIS SHOW, YOU HAVE TO CHECK IT OUT) we are on an episode called Midsummers, and it's super good. We OBX until everyone has to go home and after everyone leaves, Sokka and I go to our rooms until mom and dad come home from the police station.

I hear them walk in I want to go greet but I'm scared of what mom will say. But if I don't go she will make a big deal about it. So I decided to fuck it and go downstairs and greet them but I sent Sokka a quick message and tell him mom and dad are home and be warned and come downstairs when you hear yelling. He sent me back "Ok be safe also don't listen to mom, her opinion doesn't matter" I smile and head downstairs
"Hi mom and dad, how was your outing?" I say as I get to the last step, mom says
" What is that you're wearing? Please tell me you aren't going out in that"
I look at her confused and "Mom, it's my comfy clothes " Dad tries to reach for her but she yanks her arm away and screams across the room
"I can't believe Aang would date you, you are a fatass whore who deserves nothing" (sorry guys this is so bad) I look at her with tears threatening to spill out of my eyes, "Stop acting sensitive or I'll give you something more to cry about"
"Kya enough" Dad says and gives me the look to run upstairs to my room, I bolt up the stairs with tears spilling all over my face. I close my door and let my tears go. I hear my mom and dad talking like I can't even hear them I put my AirPods in and put sad music on and falling into a deep sleep.
