Chance just laughed and kept scrolling through his feed on IG. One picture caught his eye, a drawing from a fan of his face that looked really, real. He clicked on her page and was captured not only by her pictures, but her voice was flawless. She hit notes with precision and confidence. She was so humble however, and really interacted with all her followers. He had to at least shout her out. So, he did a little more than that. He took a selfie and DM'd her.
Dymond sat in her room half sleeping when her phone vibrated. At first she didn't believe her eyes. Chance the Rapper? In her inbox? It had to be a fake page... Right? Wrong. She opened the message and screamed. Not only did he see her portrait, he was gonna shout her out and he wanted to hire her to do his next album cover!! She smiled and responded with excitement.
They began to respond back and forth, taking up almost 4 hours. Chance finally got around to asking her where she was located. Luck would have it that she was about 5 minutes up the street from where they were staying for the month.
The beginning of a wonderful relationship had dawned.
