A month has passed ever since then.
In the month that has passed, other than living normally, there are no customers in our small restaurant, so after eating our fill, and with no customers in sight, we will then take 5 servings and give it to the pets who ate it in relish in their human form, although they already have a sure serving, an additional five will be given if there is no customer. As for the remaining servings, I decided to give it away to our neighbors, and telling them my business acumen hence the reason of me giving the food away.
"Old man Jack, you're looking good and healthy this days," sabi ko nang bumisita ang isang kapitbahay, may dalang banga ng alak which is his own brew.
"Yeah, well, I've been eating very well after all," sabi niya "thanks to you having no customers," dugtong niya sabay tawa kaya tumawa din ako "here have a taste of my own brew," sabi niya.
"Wait," sabi ko at kumuha ng dalawang shot glass sa loob ng bahay and gave one to Old Man Jack before scooping some to from the jar.
"Hey, this taste good," sabi ko as I drank one, scooped another and gave it to Sam who came out upon hearing what I just said.
"Indeed," sabi ni Sam after drinking the alcohol I gave her.
"It will be better if its distilled though," sabi ko.
"Distilled?" tanong ni Old Man Jack sakin so I taught him the distillation process "interesting... maybe i should try that later."
And after talking with the old man, tasting his brew, he invited me to a game of chess, which is like the game of go and xianqi combined, even the rules were the combination of both which is kind of interesting, though I only win all thanks to Al's help, and the old man's open mind, I can hack into his brain and see his tactics after all.
After playing for some time, the game ended with a win and although he wanted to play again, I need to cook for lunch, so the old man left, and jokingly wished that no customers arrive because they will lose their portion making me laugh.

'Yes, and they are actually scaring the prospective customers, giving pressure to those who enter the alley, its like a test,' sabi ko sa isipan 'and also at the same time, a good will, after all, if a mortal ate our cooking, they will die from over nutrition.'
{I see,} sabi ni Sam as she help in cutting the meat so I can make the patties for burger, I even baked the bread for it, as for why burger, Sam wanted to eat junk foods like burger, fries, spaghetti, and soda, so I have to make all of those, 27 servings in total, our shares plus customers, if there will be one, but this time, instead of 27, I cooked 28 servings.
"Will there be any customer today?" sabi ni Sam when she saw the number I am cooking.
"Just one," sagot ko "a little foodie looking for good food."
After cooking everything, I then put it in the heating cabinet to ensure its warm and waited as we seven all eat our shares.
Just right after we finished our meal, a little girl came entered our house, wearing expensive looking clothes making one see that she's a rich kid.
"Uhm... is this a restaurant?" tanong niya
"Yes," sagot ko "but if you want to eat, please read the rules and sit down, we will serve your lunch," sabi ko.
"Oh... okay," sabi niya at agad na binasa ang sinulat ko.
"Uhm... ano po itong [price depends] clause?" tanong niya as she sat on the chair in the courtyard.
"As it means, the price of the lunch and dinner depends on how much do you think it is," sabi ko "just remember, your thoughts and actions were being monitored, if you try to cheat, you will be punished," sabi ko sabay ngiti and Sam served her the lunch.
"What is this?" tanong niya and Sam explained all of it, and after one bite, she ate all of it in relish, half way though, she stopped for a bit and looked at the food and at us who were talking about what to cook for dinner, and because I noticed, I just smiled at her before continuing to talk with Sam.
"Its going to rain, we should add soup later," sabi ko.
"Really? Then anong soup?" tanong niya.
"I like cream of mushroom soup," sabi ko.
"I like that too, okay, cream of mushroom," sabi ni Sam "free refill?" tanong niya.
"Yes," sagot ko.
"Okay, pupunta na ako sa palengke," sabi ni Sam at agad na umalis, and I can hear her talking to the neighbors, with them congratulating us for our first customer, and her telling them there will be soup later, free refill, so they should send their young ones to us later for more soup.
After the little girl ate her food, she sat there, contemplating, before putting a pouch on the table.
"Sir, I think this is not enough, for the price I think the food should be, so I will go back, and bring more later," sabi niya at agad na umalis, and the moment she stepped out, I saw her stats going up, so were her rank, from master straight to king rank, making her look at me but I just smiled at her.
"Come again," sabi ko and prepared to share the leftovers to the neighbors.
"Y-yes," sagot niya as she quickly left, and as for me, I shared the food to the houses surrounding the house we rented in, originally, it should be perfect and no leftover, but old lady Lina left yesterday without my knowing, so I gave her share to a random little kid I found loitering outside the alley.
"You should eat that in this alley or people will take it away from you," sabi ko and went back home.
