i woke up the front door opening i carefully unwrapped Jeres arms from around me i walked up to the front and i saw Susanah on the stairs sitting down  "Susanah" i said walking around the corner once i did Conrad noticed something was up so he came over too

"Mom," Connie said as we both walked over to her "pretending huh" i heard Conrad's voice crack a little "come on Susanah let's get you upstairs" she smiled we helped her up, and walked behind her Conrad placed his hand on her back so she won't fall 

"no falling today," Conrad said she laughed a little we both walked her into her room I looked at Conrad "ill stay in here well she changes make sure shes okay" he shook his head "and hey Connie, can we talk for a little i can tell you need to" he shook his head a tear running down his face 

i stayed in the room well she changed she almost fell twice but i caught her each time afterward i walked her to her bed and tucked her in "Goodnight Susanah" she mumbled a thank you before she fell asleep 

i sighed and quietly closed the door i walked out and saw Conrad he was outside her door his knees up leaning his head back tears streaming down his face i walked over to him come here he stood up and i pulled him into a hug he broke out crying 

"i don't think she gonna get better" i shook my head "I know Connie, i know" tears fell down my own face "but we will get threw this together okay, i told id help out and that's what i plan on doing" he pulled away i smiled and wiped his tears away him doing the same to me 

"i love you jelly" i smiled "i love you to Connie" he smiled "so i heard what you did today" i put my head back "ughh, Susannah's gonna kill me and Jeremiah" he looked at me "No i think you did the right thing if I'm being honest" i smiled 

"really" he shook his head "oh and if i was there god so help me what i would've done to him" i shook my head "God you would have beat the shit out of him" he smirked "oh no i would have done worse and i still will" i hit him 

"no," i said rolling my eyes "Oh come on one punch" i sighed "fine" he shook his head "yes thank you" he grabbed my hand and looked at the ring "wow it's actually a good ring"  he put my hand back down "let me guess you're the devil" i rolled my eyes 

"Why does everyone think I'm a little devil,"  i said starting to walk downstairs "because you are, i mean not only were you a badass today you were one yesterday too, standing your ground like that" i smiled "i had a panic attack today" i looked at him 

"wait for what why" he sighed "i messed up with belly and now she's mad at me and everything with you know who, it was just a lot to handle at the time and i had one" i looked at him "well are you okay" he shook his head "yeah I'm much better now"

me and Conrad went to the kitchen and talked for what felt like hours "hey i think I'm gonna head up but i loved talking to you Jelly" i smiled "Hold up, how did i even get that nickname" he smiled "well when you were five you absolutely loved jelly so we just thought it was a perfect nickname"

he said walking toward the stairs"Night jelly talk to you tomorrow" i sighed "night" i walked back over to the couch and laid down again "what are you doing up" i sighed "couldn't sleep but I'm better now, go back to bed" Jere smiled and grabbed me pulling me in for cuddles"Night my love" I smiled "night Jere" 

The next morning

i woke up to Susannah yelling "Jeremiah fisher and Y/N Conklin get your asses over hear right now" me and Jere jumped from the loud noise we looked at eachother and sighed "here we go" he gave me a weak smile we both got up and walked into the other room
