Eddie's sweetheart

Chapter 6

Nancy's pov
I woke up and quickly got changed waking up Robin and Max after. They quickly got dressed while I went to wake the boys up. I walked to their room and knocked. Steve quickly opened the door.

"Are you guys ready? Max and Robin and Eleven are almost ready to go" I said pointing to our room door. "Yeah we're ready" Steve and the boys walked out the room and walked to the front of the house. Everyone was ready to go. The kids got in the car with Steve while I drove me and Robin. Yvonne and Max rode with Eddie.

While I drove I looked over at Robin. She looked so zoned out of her mind.

"Hey what you thinking about over there?" I asked looking back and forth between the road and Robin.

"Well I really like this girl Vickie but idk what to do. Like idk how to tell her how I feel" she said going on a little rant about her feelings for Vickie. Vickie was in band with her and they played pretty good.

"I think if you just tell Vickie how you feel maybe just maybe you may find out that she might like you back" I said Pulling into the school and working. We got out the car and walked into the school. We hugged and parted ways. Robin heading to the band rooms and me heading to the newspaper room. I quickly got to work on the newspapers with the other students.

Yvonne's pov
It's around lunch time and everyone is in their little groups. Separated by popularity and geeks and hippies. I walked into the cafeteria looking for a place to sit. She scanned the room and made eye contact with Jason the popular kid.

"Well if it isn't miss piggy" Jason said grabbing everyone's attention. He and his boys were swarming around me in a circle.

"Just leave me alone" I said holding onto my book bag and lunchbox. "What are you gonna do about? Huh?" One of his minions said. "I swear if you don't get out of my face You will regret it" I said looking up scared. Everyone's eyes were on me in the lunch room. I looked at Eddie's table to see them looking worried and I just nodded at them, letting them know I'll be okay.

"Wow she has guts guys" Jason said getting in my face. " yea and I got bigger balls than you and you goons will ever have. I bet yours look like the rotting acorns outside" I said with a smirk on my face. He got really mad and slapped me. I slowly turned my head, grabbing my face in shock. Soon enough Eddie, Dustin, Mike, Will, and Lucas came to my side with Robin,Nancy, and Erica behind.

"Yo what the hell is wrong with you dude?!" Lucas said pushing Jason back. "Ooh Sinclair please tell me you're not friends with this cow" he said with a smirk on his face dapping his friends.

"Yk what I'm tired of your bullshit. I just got here and you're already targeting me. I don't even know you like that. But ima Teach you a lesson" I said. Mike looked at me with shock on his face.

"Yvonne your eyes are Red" he said trying to warn me. "Don't you think I know that Mike" I said not trying to be mean. I took Eddie's hand and he helped me up. I slowly walked towards Jason. Backing him up. He looked kind of scared.

"Yk it's real funny that I was the one you picked on. You see there's a lot you don't know about me. You don't even know my name. But no worries all of that will come to end" I said slowly raising my hand.

"Yvonne don't please" I turned around and saw the worried look on Eddie's face. I scanned over and saw all of them terrified. Their breathing was slow and rough. I shook my head.

"No Eddie I think it's time things change around here; Eddie you've been bullied enough here. They call you the freak and other things. Lucas you don't even like being on the basketball team. They treat you like trash. Mmm and Robin they've said so many things you don't even know how bad it is. You see everything you guys don't know I know. It's part of what I am. And I think it's best we change it around here." I turned back around and walked back to Jason face raising my hand under his chin. He slowly started levitating in the hair. I took my other hand and made a bubble of water. I took the bubble and turned it into daggers so sharp you wouldn't survive them.

"Yvonne please don't do this you're so much better than this" Eddie said running up to me looking in my face. I looked back at him and then back at Jason choking him more. Then it started happening again. My arms fell and I let go of Jason. I looked down at Jason and crunched down in his face.

"The next time you or anyone else in this school tries to hurt me or my friends remember that I will not hesitate to kill you and no one will ever know you even existed" I said with the most prideful voice I've ever had.

I grabbed my stuff and walked away and out of the cafeteria. Gosh why didn't I just snap Jason's neck right there. I mean I know it's a crime and I don't wanna go to jail so I guess I should be thankful for Eddie stopping me.

"Hey wait up!" I heard a voice yell from behind me. I turned around to see Max and the others. I quickly walked into the music room locking it behind me so they couldn't get in. Thank God that the teacher kept a window blocker so they couldn't get in. I put my stuff on a chair and picked up my drum sticks . I was tired of this and I needed to let out some anger.

I quickly turned on the music and waited for my intro. As soon as the drum part came I synced with them. I was playing my favorite song when I'm mad. Master of puppets by Metallica.

Eddie's pov
We all stood outside of the door trying to find ways to get inside.

"I didn't know she could do all of that" Eleven said. "She's even more powerful than I am and we both had the same experience" "yea well she almost killed Jason and his minions which means she doesn't need to be coming to school" Mike yelled pacing back and forth. "She has to come to school this is her last year. She said she wanted to graduate and just live her life" Eddie said stepping into the conversation biting his nails.

"We need to get in there and talk to her" Max said trying the door. "Yvonne it's me Max I understand what you're going through can you please open the door" "we're not trying to hurt you okay we just wanna talk" Robin added to the sentence.
