Pabalagbag kong inihagis sa couch na naroon ang pink wig na sinuot ko kanina habang nagpeperform. This was getting hard as time goes by. And I'm getting tired by all of it, if only I could stop this shit.. pero sa ngayon alam kong hindi pa pwede.

Not yet.

"You did great back there as always,"

I almost rolled my eyes soon as I heard the voice of my manager but I ignored her just like what I always do and continued rummaging through my things instead.

"Everyone was pleased.." she continued.

"I can't remember giving them an unsatisfying show, Nicole." I sassied back while changing from my hot pink sequined dress to my comfortable clothes.

She smirked upon hearing my reply.

"No wonder why you're the crowd's most favorite performer, D." she hummed before plopping down onto the couch.

I sighed and smirk.

"A better reason I see for you to raise my salary then," I told her as I arched my brow and pierce her with my gaze.

She chuckled and shook her head as amusement flows on her gorgeous face.

I've been working in this underground private club as a performer for more than a year now, I danced sensually and sexily in front of different people. Some are bigtime drug lords, ruthless mafias, gang leaders, businessmen, divorced men, unfaithful husbands, corrupt politicians, puppet policemen, etc., name it all, halos lahat na yata ng mga law offenders nandito na at naging kliyente ko na.

Why did I choose this work for a living? Just for a simple reason and that is because I can disguise myself here at alam kong hindi ako mahahanap ng Papa ko dito. He's a powerful businessman at alam kong gagawin niya ang lahat para lang mahanap ako at ikulong ako ulit sa mansyon niya. And it's not that because he cares for me kaya niya ako pinapahanap at gustong ibalik sa pangangalaga niya kundi dahil natatakot siyang malaman ko ang sikreto niya tungkol sa pagkawala ng aking Mama.

Malakas ang pakiramdam ko na hindi pa patay ang aking Mama at itinatago niya lamang ito sa malayong lugar. Alam niya kung gaano ko kamahal ang aking Mama at handa akong gawin ang lahat para rito kung kaya ginamit itong advantage ng aking Papa para makuha ang gusto niya sa akin. Lahat ng naisin niya ay ginagawa ko kapalit ng kaligtasan ng aking Mama.

Isa na rito ay ang pagbenta niya sa akin sa kung kani-kaninong business partners niya. Isa itong mapait na paksa ng buhay ko na hindi ko na nanaisin pang balikan pa ng paulit ulit.

And regarding my work, it's not that I'm poor or I'm in lack of choices. I wisely chose this work because practically speaking working here is like hitting two birds with one stone, nagkakaroon na ako ng sarili kong pera and at the same time malaya pa akong makapagtago sa sarili kong ama.

This place is far from our house and I'm confident that my father won't find me here for this is a private property owned by one of the most notorious gang leaders here in Seoul.

And to top of that, the person I'm working in for is one of my father's mortal enemy. I will use his enemy agaisnt him to get what I want.
