It's been 6 months and still the Obelian siblings have yet to have a conversation. She still attends the weekly meetings though however after the meeting ends she immediately teleports out of the room. Not giving Claude a chance to talk to her the nobility has noticed the distance between the two royals but they all decided to keep their mouths shut less they all want to die.

Vie isin't angry at her brother anymore it's just that she just feels uncomfortable around him. To her he suddenly feels like a stranger, it still bothers her that her own brother could say that. She would have expected him to respect Diana's wishes if she wanted to carry the baby to term.

It's not like Diana was any danger with her around she studied every scroll, books and ancient knowledge about magic there is. So when she remembered about Diana's condition she didn't panic however maybe she did over reacted a bit. The knowledge that she has about this dangerous pregnancy isin't exactly well known now.

She just don't know how to approach her brother now, this proves to her and to Diana that Claude really was not ready even unfit to be a father. But Vie knows he can learn with Diana and together they will try to be a good influence to their offspring. She really can't blame her brother though for this unpreparedness in father hood and his lack of emotional stability.

With a fickle and unpredictable father who treated them quite impassively. Now Vie knows that their father favoured her being the only girl among his 3 children. However his favour is ever changing it's on her today then on her eldest brother the next day then on Claude. It was ever changing so it wasn't exactly helpful to children who only wants their parents affection.

It also did not help their emotionally instability with how their step mother treats them. The empress was the worst person you could ever imagine it did not matter to her what age they were as long as she can make their lives a living hell. Vie shook her head trying to forget the sound of a high pitched voice, cries of two innocent children and the sound of a whip being used on said children.

She's happy though that the two love birds have already made up and that their love is growing and getting stronger everyday. Boreas told her when he came to her for his weekly report and he said to her "I would rather fight a horde of assassins, ancient evils and other disgusting creatures than be stuck with the two and seeing them being lovey dovey with each other it makes me want to gouge my eyes out."

Which made her laugh her ass off so to help her friend with his little...predicament he only told him to only check on her once a week since Claude was no longer a threat to the pregnant woman.

Vie left her office and headed over to the Garnet Palace since Diana invited her to tea. Don't be surprised of Diana's new home Claude move her to his Palace 3 months ago since he already sent his concubines away and did not want her to be in the Ruby Palace. It's also much more safer that Diana moved their since there has been a frequent amount of assassins being sent to Diana after news of her pregnancy got leaked outside the palace walls.

Vie wasn't reluctant in accepting the invite since she knows that Claude wasn't with his lover in this time of day. Vie entered the room and saw not Diana but Claude in there. She just sighed and sat in front of her brother, she saw that the tea cups were already filled so she took her's and sipped it.

She really should have expected this since Diana has been trying to get her to reconcile with her brother. Vie turned her gaze to the man in front of him and just observed him really. He seems lighter now, more relaxed than before and just genuinely happy. "How have you been brother?" Vie started off not knowing what to say so she just syarted with that.

"I'm fine sister, I'm currently experiencing the bliss of becoming a father soon. How about you?" Vie smiled "I'm good I've been spending a lot of time with Diana recently and the baby has been kicking a lot." Silence reigned again since the two of them don't know how to go from there.

"I apologize sister I know that my behaviour before was unacceptable and it clearly showed how emotionally unstable I am." Claude said to Vie breaking the silence. She was shocked that her brother admitted that he was in the wrong. "I know how emotionally unstable you are heck I can't blame you for that. Having a bastard for a father, a wicked step mother, an insecure older brother and our own mother's being dead...of course we are bound to be emotionally constipated."

Claude full blown laughed at what her sister said. Not because it was a joke but the way she delivered it really cracked him up. It was a perfect summary how sad, pathetic and dysfunctional their family really is. "So don't blame yourself I've already forgiven you. Just promise me that your going to be a better father than the son of bitch." Vie asked her brother

"I promise." Claude vowed to her. "Now then let's stop talking about the scumbag. He gives me a migrane even from the grave he still can piss me off. Let's talk about you and Diana when are you going to propose to her brother?" Vie asked excited at the thought of the two getting married.

"Soon sister but not now, we decided to wait until she gives birth since we want to have our child with us when we get married." Claude told her and Vie just nodded in understanding. "Well that's good however you are going to face an obstacle you know. Those pesky dogs will try and stop this marriage from ever happening." Vie warned her brother.

"That's not a problem I will not allow them to get in the way of me being married to my beloved. Besides I'm sure your going to have fun chewing their heads off should they try that." Vie grinned not correcting her brothers words. "Your right about that honestly all they do is constantly bark at us like puppies looking for their owners affection." The two of them imagined those nobles being puppies that constantly follow them around.

They snorted at the their own description of those vipers it really fits them to a tea. The two just continued to talk about different topics and mid way was joined by another blond woman with pink eyes. The image that they created was a beautiful, harmonious and loving family just catching up with one another. It would be a perfect image though if a certain little girl was with them.
