"That's right cousin Callisto I'd like you to meet my friends Lady's Florentia Lombardi and Lorraine Lombardi." Tia and Lory curtsied to the monarchs when Athy introduced them.
"It's lovely to meet you two, thank you for always being by Athy's side." Penelope told the two while the two girls smiled.
"It's quite the opposite your majesty, Athy was the one that has been with us when we are at our lowest. For that my cousin and I are forever grateful." Lory told Penelope while looking at Athy.
"My cousin is the kindess person in the world. Your feats have been talked about from all over the world." Callisto boasted quite proud of his cousin.
"Stop it Callisto you're embarassing me." Athy chastised her cousin with a red face.
While the five were chatting Duke Alpheus along with his son and a girl wearing a blue dress approach the Obelian monarchs. When Claude noticed this he frowned, Diana on the other hand had an impassive look while Vie was wearing her facade of indifference.
"Blessing's and Glory upon the sun, moon and star of the Obelian Empire." Roger greeted while his son and the brunette girl curtsied and bowed.
"What do you want Alpheus, I am busy enjoying my daughter's debutante to have a scum like you ruin my mood." Claude insulted the Duke which made Roger and Ijekiel flinch while Jenette just smiled.
Diana for some reason feels uncomfortable and wary around the brunette. Her senses screams that this girl was dangerous. Claude was disgusted that the dog brought a girl filled with dark magic here in his Palace.
"I would like to introduce to you your majesty your daughter Princess Jenette de Alger Obelia." The nobility ceased talking and was now focusing their attention what was going on.
Athy meanwhile paled Lory noticed this and held Athy's hand tightly while Tia squeezed her friends shoulder as a way of comforting her. Penelope gasp not believing what was happening how could her uncle-in-law have sired another child.
Callisto on the other hand was pissed that brat wasn't her uncle's child. That was impossible he never slept with that wench. So the question now is who's brat is this. Everyone was so silent until it was broken by a loud laugh.
All heads turned and they saw Princess Genevieve laughing her ass off and it looks like she wasn't gonna stop any time soon. She raised her hand while trying to stop herself.
"Forgive me it's been a while since I heard that good of a joke from an idiot man." Vie apologized while wiping of a tear from her eye.
"That wench isin't ours we only have one daughter and that is Crown Princess Athanasia." Claude said to the duke in a harsh tone.
The duke widened his eyes while Jenette was heartbroken and is being comforted by Ijekiel.
"Your majesty how could you deny Jenette is your daughter. She has the Obelian jeweled eyes there for she is royalty." Roger pleaded with the emperor but he was indifderent.
"I never slept with this brats mother or did everyone forget that my former fiance was too busy whoring herself to my eldest brother. So tell me how can this bastard girl be my daughter." Everyone started to gossip while Jenette started crying.
"Father how could you forsake me? I'm your first born, I'm the crown princess of this empire not that bitch." Everyone was appalled by what the girl just uttered.
"HOW DARE YOU CALL MY DAUGHTER A BITCH! I should have your tongue cut off as a punishment." Diana yelled at the girl for insulting her daughter.
"GUARDS! Seize this wretched girl and the Duke along with his son and take them to the dungeons." Vie ordered her patience was exhausted by this moronic fools.
"Their execution will be held tomorrow afternoon. Let this be a lesson and a reminder not to cross nor underestimate our family." Claude warned the nobility and everyone just bowed their heads except the imperial monarchs of the Eorka empire, Athy and her friends.
"This celebration is over all of you are free to leave." Claude told everyone and one by one every noble left the palace.
Athanasia approached her parents and gave them a tight hug. The couple was busy comforting their child since she was shaken by the events. Tia and Lory bid their farewell to Vie and gave one last curtsy to the Eorkan couple before leaving.
Callisto gave his aunt a hug and kissed her cheek. Penelope also did the same and looked over at Athy worried for her cousin.
"Thankfully that mess was immediately handled aunt other wise that wretched girl could have caused problems." Callisto told Vie and she just sighed.
"I know Callisto however I wished it just didn't happen on Athy's debutante though. This was supposed to be her day and it was ruined, stupid chimera." Vie answered her nephew and whispered the last bit to herself.
"As much as we love to stay aunt Genevieve we have to leave now. There are still pressing matters that is waiting for us back home." Penelope said and Vie nodded and gave the couple one last hug.
Callisto and Penelope looked at Claude and Diana and bid farewell the Obelian couple just nodded. The Eorkan monarchs left and Vie turned her attention to her niece. She rub her niece's back to give her some comfort amd to ease her fears a bit.
"Now that this problem is taken care off the only things I need to worry about is Anastacius and Aentanaris." Vie thought to herself and started to plot their demise.
