"Sweet shortcut." The guy said as he zoomed through, but his grin soon disappeared as he realized something. "Wait, this isn't a shortcu-AHHHHHH!" The guy yelled as drove straight into the portal. "Good to know." Mikey said as Ash shuddered. "Now THAT, is why I won't apply for any delivery jobs." Ash said as they pointed to the portal. The mutants then raced off to the portal with the critter in hand. "The dog thingy!" April yelled as she chased after the mutants, the others not far behind as they all attempted to grab their friend. "April! No!" Raph yelled as he tried to reach for April, who jumped into the portal before it closed. Raph groaned he crashed into it and landed on the ground, calling his friend's name again as he sat up. "I think she's okay, 'cause there's no, like April bits on the ground." Leo said as Donnie typed on his tech gauntlet. All but Mikey went behind the wall to see if April had gone on the other end. "Hey April, are your bits on the other side of the wall?" Raph asked, hoping April could still hear him.

"She really 'Will Byer's us." Ash said as Venus began to pat the wall, Leo and Donnie looked up at Ash with a grin or annoyed frown. "Did you seriously make a reference to our friend who went through a portal?" Donnie asked as Leo began to laugh, Raph helped Venus as Mikey stared at the M. "What? She disappears into a portal that leads to who knows where with these two guys! We don't know what they are or what the dog thing was! So yes! I did just make a reference to Stranger Things." Ash said with a frown as they crossed their arms. "I thought you didn't watch the show because it was 'scary'." Donnie said as he quoted Ash's previous words, Ash blushed in embarrassment as Leo began to laugh so hard he fell to the ground. "Hey! It was Leo's idea to watch that shit at midnight!" Ash spat back as they threw their arms into the air. Donnie smiled smugly as he crossed his arms and stood back.

"Says the one who ran out of the living room, yelling something about demons in Spanish and then knocking out Raph by sucker punching him." Donnie said, even Venus began to snicker as Leo was wheezing at this point. "Oh yeah? Well at least I'm not scared of beach balls." Ash retorted back, Leo began to bang his fist on the ground and Venus rushed over, worried Leo wasn't getting any oxygen. Donnie narrowed his eyes as he frowned and put his hands on his hips. "At least my fear is real!" Donnie spat back, Ash opened her mouth as Venus helped Leo stand. "Oh, hey! I've seen this before!" Mikey yelled, getting everyone to stop fighting and cause them to herd around Mikey. "In fact, we all have." Mikey said, Leo and Raph came to a realization before heading to where they had seen it.

They had to get back to the turtle's home, or lair, and head to the living space. "In Splinter's 'DO NOT TOUCH' cabinet." Mikey whispered as he pointed to the farthest wall as Splinter sat in his chair, the projector playing some sort of Japanese commercial. The cabinet was full of random junk he had gained, but there was a coin with the "M" on it as it perched on some stand. "You're right. It's just like the symbol those creeps have." Raph pointed out as everyone looked to Mikey. "Should we just ask him for it?" Mikey asked as Ash rose her brow, Venus humming as she held her chin in thought. "And what do we say if he asks why we want it for?" Leo pointed out as he gestured to their father. "That we need it to go after our best friend, who disappeared into a wall after our priceless weapons were destroyed by mystical jogger guys?" Leo asked, Raph shushed him as he slammed his hand onto Leo's head.

"Or, y'know, we could just cause a distraction." Ash offered as they held a lighter in one hand and the other, a glass bottle with a rag a a liquid inside of it. They lit the light for some small demonstration as Leo quickly took the bottle and Donnie nabbed the lighter. "I'm kinda glad you didn't finish watching 'Supernatural' when it ended." Donnie said nervously as he put the lighter in his battle shell. "But I really wanted to say 'Hey Assbutt'!" Ash whined as Leo looked the bottle in slight concern. "Where did you get the lighter?" Venus asked in slight concern, but Ash shrugged their shoulders. "Donnie's lab, kinda easy to guess his password. Kinda disappointed that it wasn't any harder than usual." Ash said, Donnie opened his mouth to retort back, but stopped when Ash whipped their head in his direction. "Your password is literally the name of your favorite, childhood, cartoon character and the year said character's show aired for the first time." Ash said, Donnie closed his mouth as Mikey, Leo and Venus snickered.

Raph let his siblings and friend laugh at Donnie for just a moment before he looked back into the room. "Okay, here's the plan." Raph said as he and Donnie stared at the room. "We gotta get Splinter out of the room." Raph said, the six then slid in front of the projector, all but Ash bowed respectfully to their father. Venus then nudged Ash with a glare. Ash sighed and bowed and then stood once more. "Hey Pop." Raph said as he opened one eye and smiled at his dad. "Any chance we could have the living room tonight?" Raph asked, Ash's glare only grew as Splinter drank milk from the carton, but used a straw. He also had a giant plate full of half-eaten cake and only laughed at his children. "And I thought Purple was the funny one!" Splinter after coughing up some cake he had been choking on.

"I told you guys I was the funniest." Donnie said as he turned to everyone before returning to his respectful posture. Ash only rolled their eyes and balled their hands at Splinter's reaction. See, it was a common thing for Splinter to brush off his sons and daughter like that. Heck, he's done it the entire time Ash had known the turtles. Splinter only addressed his children by the color of their masks, never by their actual names or nicknames, just by a color. It angered Ash and they had been told by all the turtles that each of them didn't mind. Sure, the siblings wished their dad acted more like an actual parent and actually tried to hang out with them instead of watch TV all day and eating anything edible out of the fridge.

At this point, Ash wondered if Donnie gave himself and his siblings there names. It would make sense since Donnie was obsessed with books when they were all younger. Ash of course promised the siblings they'd never say anything to Splinter because they were happy where they were at, hench was Ash was silent during the conversation. "What if I hooked it up so that you could watch in bed, huh? Wouldn't that be even lazier?" Donnie offered as he held a few wires and a motherboard in hand, Mikey even smiled as he gestured to his older brother. Raph even pulled out a pillow from no where and fluffed it, hoping to drive Splinter's temptation even farther. Of course, it was no use as Splinter said "No! My butt is asleep, just how I like it." and then proceeded to rub his back and return to his lazy posture.

"Now, leave me be!" Splinter said as he shooed the teens away. "They're about to break out the scorpions!" Splinter said gleefully, everyone turned and saw it was some random guy on a  treadmill. He ran in fear as someone threw some scorpions onto the machine, but none had reached the man. Splinter began to laugh gleefully as the other teens headed behind Splinter's chair. "Wow, what a shocker...." Ash huffed as they folded their arms across their chest. "Plan one didn't work." Raph admitted as everyone looked up to him. "New plan." He then proceeded to grab a paper and come crayons, Ash watched in slight confusion as all but Leo watched Raph draw a plan to make. "Alright, listen up. We need ten chickens, a gallon of rubber cement, and-"

"Leon's got it!" Leo said as he held the coin in his hand, interrupting Raph who had a fully draw plan all ready. "Oh thank god, I didn't think we had enough time to get what Raph needed anyways." Ash whispered to themselves as Leo smiled smugly. "How'd you get it?" Raph asked as he pointed to his brother, who then pointed to Splinter's chair. "You know he always passes out after milk and cake." Leo said, everyone got up and saw Splinter snoring. "Huh, that's new." Ash admitted as Venus gave her brother a fist-bump.
