60s ball

We got to Alaric's place, i have never been here before it was a tiny apartment. He lived alone.

"Ok so even tho your helping me i still hate you for what you did" i said while walking into his apartment.

He looked like he didn't know what i was talking about "yeah in sorry" he said.

"No your not, killing Elijah was always your plan, don't pretend like your sorry"

"Well i guess you two were close?" like he didn't know that, it was the reason he asked me to spy with him.

"You know that Rick, and you promised that you wouldn't hurt him and you did. You broke your promise and i will always hate you for it" i said, he didn't look hurt. I guess he's just glad that Elijah's gone.

He didn't say anything "Well even tho he's dead, i still need your help with the history test that you put us up to" i said sitting down at the sofa.

He sat down beside me and he started to tutor me.

Some hours went by and it was about 2:00 am and i had to leave since you know i have school tomorrow.

"Later Rick, and if you fail me, i will murder you" i said as a joke, but i don't think he took it as a joke.

"Jesus Rick i'm joking" i laughed and he laughed with me "you have been acting so weird today" i said while standing in the door.

"How weird?" he asked. "Well not like yourself" i said.

"Goodbye miss" he said.

"Wow how polite, Bye Bye Mr Saltzman" i said sarcastically and got outside.

Alaric had been acting really weird since after the dinner party.

When i got home i fell asleep, i didn't have any nightmares luckily. Its been awhile since i got my last one.

In the morning i went to school, i felt prepared for the test.

"So class, can anyone tell me what we are learning to day" he said soon after.

A girl took her hand up "yes miss" Alaric said. "We are learning about the 60s since the 60s dance is to night" The girl said.

Alaric was still acting weird "ah yes, the 60s not my favorite years, i liked the 20s way more. You know the jazz the flapper dresses it was awesome" Alaric said, he acted like he lived when the 20s was around.

We locked eyes for a second but i looked away, i don't like to have eye contact for to long it freaks me out especially with teachers.

Elena got her hand up "Oh and we're supposed to have this test today, you remember right" she said.

"Yes of course" said Alaric and started handing out test papers "ok so i hope you all studied" he said and gave me my paper.

The test started and i was doing good, at least i hope i did good. I suck at history, i always have.

When the test was done i felt like i did good, i handed in the paper and went outside. It was lunch.

I sat down beside Bonnie and Caroline. Elena and Stefan sat in front of us and mat sat beside Bonnie and Elena, Tyler sat beside Stefan and Caroline.

"So anymore creepy messages from Klaus?" i asked Elena.

"No" she said looking down "but we know he is going to be at the dance, and Bonnie is prepared to kill him" Stefan said wrapping an arm around Elena comforting her.

"You really think you can kill him?" Elena asked.

"I think so" she said. "Well lets not talk about Klaus for a second, lets talk about the party we are having when he's dead" Caroline said with a huge smile.
