Emotions, everyone has emotions, if they hide them or not they still have them so why hide how your feeling? So someone doesn't stare at you? So your not judged? It's okay to feel how your feeling because there's always someone that feeling the same way you do about 280 million people in the world have depression, about 6.8 million adults just adults! experience anxiety every day, yes that may seem like a small amount but at least you know your not alone. So yes crying in public is okay! Having a panic attack on the train because theres a crowd is okay! No one should be judged for how they are! Everyone is different and thats okay! No one was made to be the same. I wish there was a way to normalize it...
Maybe this will make people see that there's different people that go through different thing no we are not going crazy or weird most of the time we can't help it! Sometimes we have to be in a situation we don't completely feel conferrable with like the waiting room in the er there's a lot of people there and lot of loud noises and sometimes screaming and blood anything could happen and you have an anxiety attack or a panic attack or flash backs it can happen anywhere sometimes you can't control that. You could even be having a really bad day and you need to cry. No one should be judging you for it it doesn't make you seem like less of a man or weak at least it shouldn't.
