Isabella's p.o.v

"Make sure you test them right or else I'm gonna fire you and let you never get into a hospital ever again" my mother in law, wanda warned the doctor who came to take my test.

I just took a hold on her hand to calm her down.

"Calm down mom...I know you're excited but there is something I need to tell you"I pouted and she came closer and hugged me.

"What happened honey?..."she asked.

"Mom.... What if william doesn't want the baby if I'm pregnant?...I mean, he did tell me last night that he aren't ready for a baby and he said that he wouldn't be with me but the maids in my house!"I say and suddenly felt dizzy.

I shut close my eyes.

"Honey, are you okay?..."she asked worried and I nodded. "I know my son can be very careless but...he loves you the most and there is no one he would love other than you"she says and I looked at her and hummed.

"I hope so..."I say remembering how my bestfriend and him was making out.

She looked at me suspiciously but I couldn't tell her that, which I gave a smile.

"Girl.... I've always love your smile"she says and helped me get up and walk outside.

Once we got out.

I looked at the black car which stopped and an driver dressed in all white got out and opened the door for us.

I got in after my mother-in-law and the driver got to his seat and started driving to the mansion but mom wanted to stop by a shopping mall for a girl's day out.

See. This is why I love her. She is so herself with me and acts like a teenager.

The driver parked on a parking lot near the mall and got out with us.

He walked behind us inside and I looked around the people who looked at us.

I didn't care as I walked my way beside mom who was looking around.

When she didn't find anything good. We decided to go to the fancy café next to this place.

I looked at the waiter who came up.

"Hello ms. Wanda, nice to see you here again"he greeted her and that's when I knew that he was actually the owner of this café.

"You too mr.chen, this is my son's wife, isabella"she introduced me and I gave a smile.

"Uhh....I see an wonderful younger version of you"he chuckled making mom laugh. "Anyways, let me get you anything you want ..."he says taking out a book and a pen.

"I'll have the veggie. My daughter here will surely like an chocolate milkshake and some pizza"I smiled when she guessed my favorites.

He smiled before walking away.

I couldn't help but look at the couple at another desk.

The man was good looking so was the women?...they both matched each other so well and all I can think was about my own husband.

Suddenly, the guy looked at me and his green eyes grew big as he got excited.

I quickly looked away as he got up and walked up to us.

What if he was going to yell at me for staring at them?...

"Aunt?..."he asked and I looked at mom who gasped.

"Oh my God....ryan? You look much handsome then your father..."she says as he sat down and I looked at him who looked at me.

"So....this is William's wifey?..."he smirked.

"It's isabella...."I say and looked at the girl who sat down next to him giving me a weird look.

"Aunt.....this is my girlfriend nikki"he smiled and aunt began to speak to her and him but I kept quiet and silent.

I looked at the waiter who came with our order.

I just took a light sip on my drink.

I looked over at ryan who seemed to be staring at me.

"I feel like I saw you in something....are you an model?"he asked me and I gave a smile.

" I did once model for the skin care brand's and clothing brand's but stopped since william doesn't like the clothes they make me wear"I say and he chuckled.

"William wouldn't like anything like that...but he himself got a model wife like you"he says and I giggled.

The bell rang letting the people know that someone came.

I looked over at william who got in and scanned around before stopping his eyes at me.

He came and pecked my lips before sitting down.

How did he know I was here with mom?...

"I came for my break and thought of having break with you darli–"he looked at ryan and Nikki. "Oh bro. That's your girlfriend?..."he asked and Ryan nodded.

I took an pizza slice and took a bite as I looked between nikki and william.

Do they know each other?...why does nikki look scared?

William looked at me and I looked away.

"So mom....what did the doctor say?..."he asked and she giggled.

"It's an girl secret.... she's doing well though"she replied and I looked at william who took a bite on my pizza slice as he looked at me.

I wonder why he came for me. I thought he would be busy with fucking his office young women's.

"Bell...are you okay?..."he asked and I nodded.

I looked away from him and looked at mom.

I cannot let any negative thing happen when she's watching.

I know she'll stress easily...

She began to talk to them three while I silently tried finishing.

But then,I felt it coming up which I got up excusing myself to rush to the bathroom.

Once I did, I got in and started to throw up in the toilet.

I held my hair and thank God I did tie it.

Once I was done, I got out and washed my mouth.

I ate some sweet to cheer myself up and looked at the door which opened to reveal nikki.

She got in and locked the door behind smirking.

"W-what do you want?..."I stuttered.
