It was a normal day.
A bit cloudy today.
I was standing in the corridor,
Gazing at the now grey sky.
But that's when Hobi came to me, panting.
"Kookie.....did you hear the news?"
I was puzzled.
I shook my head.
"What news?"
I could see those worry and sadness in his eyes.
And to be honest that was scaring me.
After a moment he spoke.
"Tae is now dating"
It took me a minute to process it.
The rain started to pour heavily,
Like the tears that I was crying inside.
The resonance of the thunder was heard through the building,
Like the sound of the shattering of my heart echoed in my ears.
The lightning struck occasionally and faded away,
Like the hope that stone within me slowly fading away.
My mouth unconsciously formed an 'o' shape.
My chest tightened.
It felt like a pang in my heart.
The person I loved is someone else's now.
With a shaky voice I asked.
"Who is that guy?"
To which Hobi said.
"Min Yoongi"
