I'm walking through the school halls when I see Elena leaning against her locker, looking at something on her phone. My rage from yesterday takes over and I storm towards her, grabbing her by the arm. I pull her into an empty classroom and slam the door behind us.
"The hell?" She gasp, holding her arm as though she's in pain. The little baby. "Look, I don't know what supernatural bullshit you've gotten yourself dragged into but make sure I don't get dragged into your crap ever again. Oh, and what the hell is with you leaving me yesterday?" I snap, pushing her back.
She looks at me in pure shock as though she's speechless. "What, nothing to say?" I scoff. "Look, Lissa," she says but, I interrupt her. "I don't want an excuse. Just make sure it doesn't happen again," I threaten, jabbing my finger into her chest. With that, I leave her alone in the classroom. I make my way to AP Physics where I see Bonnie sitting there on her phone. Bonnie is Elena's best friend but, I've never had a problem with her. I could always sense the magic in her. I sit down in my seat in front of her and turn to the board where I see Mr. Weaver flipping through some papers.
"Alright class, today we have a pop quiz. You have twenty minutes to complete it," he says, causing everyone to groan. This doesn't bother me though. Math has always been easy for me. Bonnie's phone makes a loud buzz, causing her to look down at it. Her eye widen at the message as she turns to me with a surprised look. Guess Elena told her. I give her a faked confused look and turn back to the teacher who just sat my paper down on my desk. "Your phone Ms. Bennet?" He ask in his normal stone bored voice.

As I'm walking towards cheer practice, Bonnie runs over and grabs my wrist, stopping me. "You're a witch," she says in a happy tone. "So what if I am?" I ask her, still mad about Elena. She's probably gonna take her side. "Can we talk?" She ask, pointing to one of the benches in the courtyard. "Yeah, but be wui k," I huff, sitting down. "I'm new at this whole magic thing and I could really use your help. Do you mind teaching me?" She ask nervously. I look at her in contempt. Giving it some thought, I sigh. "Yeah. How about I come over later," I tell her. "That would be great," she smiles. "Thank you. Truly," she says genuinely. "Don't worry about it," I smile, walking off. "You're late," Caroline calls out in her normal bossy tone. I'm the assistant captain of the team. "Onlynhy a minute," I yell back, running across the field. "You got the choreography?" She ask. "Yeah. Shelly, hit the music," I yell to one of the cheerleaders. She turns on the radio and I turn around, standing in front of the team. "Ok girls. Follow my lead," I order. When practice is over, I make my way to Ty's car. Ty is the one who drives me home everyday. "Hey Lissa," I hear him yell from the distance. I turn around to see him a Matt making their way toward us. "Hey Matty," I yell over, causing him to smile. "Matt and I are going to the Grill," Ty tells me. "Wanna come?" He ask me. I'm about to say yes when I think of something.
I heard of this nice coffee shop that I wanted to try out. Today's the day I was gonna go. "Sorry, no can do. I'm trying out this new coffee shop," I sigh. "Damn," Ty sighs. "Come on, Ill drop you off," he says. Me and him get in th front seats, leaving Matt in the back. Soon, we arrive at the coffee shop.
"Bye you two," I smile, getting out of the car. I walk into he coffee shop which is all green on the inside. What shocks me is the sight of Elena and my captor sitting by the window along with some geeky looking guy. What the actual fuck? I walk up to the counter and get a cup of coffee before sitting down in one of the booths against the wall.
I take a sip of the drink, my eyes widening at how good it taste. Local coffee shops like this are always the best though. Out of nowhere, the entire glass front shatters. While everyone screams and runs, I duck underneath my booth, pulling a chair on its side as a shield. I feel something pierce into my arm, causing me to cry in pain. I look over at my arm to see my arm bloody. I can feel something wedged deep into the cut. Every vampire in the room(which is a lot) starts to brun slightly before they all scatter, leaving me alone. I look past the chair to see Elijah standing outside the window. "What the fuck?!" I snap, throwing my arms in the air. The moment I do, I regret the decision as I feel a strong pain in my arm. I look at the ground to see... Pennies? Did he seriously do this with pennies. So technically, there's a penny wedged into my arm. "Annalisa?" He ask with a raised brow. "Ugh, duh!" I snap back. He speeds over to me and grab my arm. "You really do have bad timing with your destinations," he sighs."Whatever," I grumble. "You go do whatever you came here for. Probably Elena," I sigh, hissing as he touches my arm. "Let me help you with this first," he sighs, sitting me down. "I can take car of myself," I grumble. He raises my arms slightly and sighs. "This is going to hurt," he tells me before digging his fingers into the wound. I bite into my tongue, holding back a painful scream. I dig my nails into my palm, piercing some skin. Finally finding what he's looking for, he pulls it out, causing me to learn out a slight scream. "Here," he says biting into hi wrist, sliding it toward me. I shake my head as a way to say no, while inspecting my arm.
"Annalisa," he pushes. "Fine," I grumble. He pours it into one of the few non broken glasses and hands me the cup. I glug it down quickly, my face forming into sour disgust. "Happy," I grumble, standing up. "Very," he sighs. "Now, go home. This isn't the place you should be at the moment," he sighs. "Fine," I grumble, standing up. I look down at my half broken heel and sigh..must have happened when I ducked. "You own me some new shoes those," I tell him. "I'll repay you Saturday," he smiles. "Deal. See you tomorrow," I tell him, walking out.
