Chapter 16. Breaking the News

Breaking the news. 

The news was a big shock for everyone. Indeed no one could digest it easily. But as it sank down, everyone was happy. The families, friends and not to mention about Tae. He was on cloud nine. Mew was still under medicines. They all chose Tae to break in the news because Mew would need him most. A person who lead and lived all his life thinking himself as a complete man, would find himself in two personalities. It would be surely shattering.

Tae opted everyone to go home. It was late anyway and Mew was shifted in one of VVIP rooms with an extra bed. Tae had his bag in his car because, they all had already packed their luggage before Mew could get them with his friends. Tae just asked Aug to get his things and they all left him with Mew and Tae promised that he will let them know if something comes up.

After everyone left, Tae went inside the room. Mew was sleeping sound.  He quickly went to the ensuit washroom to get a quick bath. He knew Mew hates the smell of grease and oils. He came out in his comfortable sweats and tee. Feeling alive after being in jeans and tee all day.

"Baby. I am so happy today. You have completed me love". Tae whispered in his hair as he felt a pair of tears fell down his eyes. He bend down and pulled Mew's shirt a bit up to reveal his still flat stomach.

"Hey love. I am your Dad. And i am so happy. Cant wait for my bundle of joy to be in my arms. Stay safe love". Tae kissed his tummy before tucking his shirt down. Although there was a spare bed but he managed to snuggle into Mew laying by his side. He slide his one hand under his neck and other on his stomach. He kissed Mew's cheek, tracing his cheek to jawline with his nose.

"I love you Mew". He closed his eyes letting the tiredness take over him. And soon he was fast asleep.

Mew woke up in the early hours of dawn. He was thirsty. He wanted to move but he was kind of strangled. He shut his eyes tight once before opening them. Adjusting to the surroundings he scrunched his nose.

Where am i? He thought to himself. Why cant i move? Another thought. Am i dead already? He was scared at once. His body shivered so bad with the fear he was feeling that it woke up Tae who was sleeping beside him.

"Mew. Mew. Hey baby. Its okay. Its okay baby. Shsssshhh. Calm down". Tae quickly sat up pulling Mew in his arms who was still shocked.

Mew snapped his neck to see Tae, or was he hallucinating.

"Phiiiii". He almost screamed.

"Baby. Am here. Calm down. Here drink it". He handed him a glass of water, hugging him tight. Mew looked at him with uncertainty and snuggled into him.

"Phi. I... I.".

"Its okay Mew. Here drink water love". He placed the glass at his lips who drank it in one gulp. Tae pushed the button to call the doctor.

"Phi. You here? What happened Phi? You okay Phi"? Mew was frantically checking him. Tae gently held his hand. Kissing his forehead.

"Mew. Calm down first. Everything is fine". Before Tae could say any further they heard a knock.

"Hello Mr Suppassit. How you feeling"? The doctor greeted them with a smile. Tae stepped off the bed to let doctor examine him. But even then Mew kept holding his hands.

"Am.. Am good". He licked his lips with nervousness. His mind still couldnt process all.

"Well. Apparently you fainted while going somewhere, so your friends brought you here. Seems like you were too occupied for last few days that your body was loosing its strength. Its nothing to worry. You just need to rest and eat. And laugh. Nothing much". The doctor was checking for his vitals before suggesting few vitamins for Mew.
