I tapped Austin and woke him up. " Austin I think it's my mom."
" how does she know we're here?"
" oh my, I'm so sorry! I forgot that she put a tracker on my phone. My dad was going to take me soon to get a new one." Austin was about to say something when he was cut off by my mom yelling at the door. I stood up and started to walk towards the door when Austin grabbed my hand.
" you can't open that door cilia."
" What am I supposed to do then?"
" we can find another way out."
" okay I trust you." Austin grabbed my hand and we walked towards the back. He looked out the window to make sure no one was there. " the coast is clear " we walked slowly out the back door and made sure no one was going to be back there. Once we made it out the door we just ran. Pretty much the whole back yard was woods besides up by the cabin there was like a small yard of grass. Once we made it to the woods we still kept running. We finally came to a stop and I bent down to catch my breath.
" are you okay" I jumped at the sound of Austin's voice because I forgot he was there.
" yeah I'm fine. I just need to catch my breath." After I finally caught my breath Austin grabbed my hand and said " we need to go back to your house. She doesn't know that you live there, I don't even know how she knew you were here." I just said a okay and we started walking out of the woods. It didn't take us long to get on my street. The woods lead right off on to my street. That's probably why my dad didn't care so much about me going. On right my dad I totally forgot. It's been like a month since I have seen him. Be and Austin walk along my street. It took forever to get to my house because it was at the end of the street by the dead end. Once we got up close enough to my house we could see police cars all around it. Austin and me slowly walked up to the front door and opened it.
" cilia I need you to come with me, we have a few questions." I heard a officer say as I walked towards him. He brought me to my room and sat across room me in my office chair.
" where's my dad? Is he okay?" I let out all at once
" ma'am he is okay! Clam down please. We had to move him to a safe place because your mother got arrested about a week ago and she has manage to escape the prison. When she left we found a note that said " I will find her and kill him". Do you know anything about this?" The officer asked me this and I just sat there, i had no idea what to say. I just froze.
