Shakthi was sleepy at 1.30 am . She was on her duty day .

Her unitmates were sleeping and she confirmed them that she can take care till 3 am .

First ever night duty and curse her luck , she never thought about mosquito bite .

The mosquitoes are so active at night .

Right on time , the ambulance bussed and a patient was taken in a stretcher .

She passively saw the scene and the patient met with an accident .

The emergency intern was doing all possibilties and gave a call to Ortho as well as Surgery departments .

To look for organal ruptures and for fractures .

She looked how Shiva rushed and examined the pt , he gave pressure in all bones but there were no doubtful fractures still Xray is a must .

The patient was loosing BP and consciousness .

He looked at the ECG and without any thought , he started CPR and called the interns to call Medicine department since pt was having V.fib .

The CPR was difficult and Anand being in Surgery did along with Shiva .

Shakthi rushed to get Ambu bag and she gave it to Anand .

Finally he revived the patient and medicine people took over the case .

Doing CPR isnt a joke . He was tired with sweat written all over his face .

Anand got down ,

" Dei super super " She appreciated him .

" Haha , thanks macha " he hugged her sidewards .

" Dei aama nee enga pona ? duty dana " she asked .

She nodded with a smile .

Shiva nodded and left .

Shakthi and Anand shared an hi fi .

Shakthi ran behind him and entered the lift .

She turned to look at him , while he was surfing in the phone .

He went to touch it but ding the lift sound made him to retract his hand .
