Vance hopper x male reader

Chapter 1

A/N: hello! This is a x male story and the reader will be written with he/him pronouns :)

Y/N POV:

I woke up to my alarm blaring in my ear I sigh and quickly shut it off before my dad gets mad. I quickly get ready and pack my bag with the books I need for the day. After I finish all that I exit my room and see my father isn't here "dad left for work earlier" Finney explains I nod and grab an apple for breakfast "when are we leaving?" Gwen asks "finney gets up puts his dish in the sink than say's "now if you want" and he grabs his bag. When we leave the house I lock the door and we're on our way.

When they're walking to school

When we're walking to school Finney and Gwen are talking about this boy Gwen likes with me joining in at some points. When we get to a certain point we hear yelling Gwen looks at Finney and than runs to where the noise is coming from we both run after her. We see a crowd and Gwen pushes to the front as do I and I see Vance and Robin fighting moose.

Moose starts saying shit that I don't really hear and than they start fighting, as I'm watching I make eye contact with Vance and he makes a confused face than goes back to fighting as more blood starts to show up in the fight Finney drags us away.

Vance's POV:

After Robin and I finish fighting moose Robin and I walk to our hang out spot since schools not starting yet. Ever since the fight I can't get that boy I saw out of my head, I haven't seen him around before 'could he be new?' I wonder "hey man you alright?" I hear Robin ask I nod "yeah I'm fine, just a bit confused" I say to him he nods his head "I'm here to talk if you need" Robin say's I nod "thanks man" I reply.

Robin and I walk into school and I see that boy again "hey Robin, who's that?" I ask, he looks confused and looks over to where I nodded and he laughs a little bit "that's y/n Blake. Finney's brother" he say's and I nod "I guess I just haven't seen him around" I say and he smiles "well he mostly keeps to himself. Always has his nose in a book, not that that's a bad thing" he explains and I nod once again 'I'm gonna try and talk to him at some point' I think and smile.
