Arthur began to sing in my ear and it was hard to focus on where I was walking. I waved down a cab and when they pulled up, I made sure Arthur was strapped in. "Okay, where is your address?" I asked. "1818 Oakland street," he slurred. "1818 Oakland at, please... And here is some extra money," I laughed nervously. It wasn't far but I still gave the driver over one hundred dollars.

Arthur began to fall asleep on me and I laughed at how funny he looked. Look at me!! Being a good friend!! Taking him home and making sure he is safe! They should give me an award for being so nice.

I began to smile happily as he rested his head on my shoulder. He will think I'm so nice and cool and trust me more to be his very best friend!! Not that I'm only doing this to get something in return, I just want him to feel like he can count on me for anything he might need. For future reference that is!! I was so excited to just help him home.

The driver drove for about five minutes before stopping in front of this very cute house. Here I was living in an apartment... his place looked better.

"Thank you!... come on Arthur, wake up," I spoke shaking him. I began to pull Arthur out of the car and gently began to carry him to the front steps.  "Do you have your key?" I asked. He nodded slowly and began to shuffle through his pockets.  After a bit, he handed me the key, and I slowly began to open the door.

...

I looked around the house, and it looked so clean and tidy. "Alright, do you want to go to bed?" I asked. He nodded his head, tired, and soon his weight was starting to press me down.  I began to drag him toward one of the first doors, and I got lucky that it was a bedroom.

He was starting to become heavier and heavier as I tried to drag him toward his bed. Arthur, please wake up so you can help me drag you into your bed! Please!

I started to shake him around but he was still not waking up despite my efforts. "God damn! What do you eat?" I said, horrified. I was literally dragging him at this point.

I pulled him halfway up onto the bed and stopped to take a breather, which was a mistake since he came sliding down. "Man I'm too drunk for this," I spoke. I began to pull him up again and this time it was a success.

I stood back watching him sleep peacefully, and I was totally going to make fun of him for being a terrible drunk. I began to take off his shoes and his jacket so he can be a little more comfortable. "Sweet dreams you stupid idiot," I laughed.

I turned the light off in his room and quietly shut the door. He didn't live far from me, so I didn't see a point in calling another cab. I'll just walk home.

I quickly walked out of his house and made sure it was locked before turning around to leave.

It was super quiet outside and freezing. I put my hands in my pocket and walked toward my apartment building. I felt my cheeks getting cold as I continued to walk. It was probably going to be an almost twenty-minute walk.

I feel bad about not really talking to Gilbert and Antonio tonight, but they were tripping out by saying I wasn't ready to start dating again! Why would they care about that at all? I thought they were my friends or something.

As I continued to walk, I wasn't paying attention and accidentally walked into someone. "Oh, I'm sorry! I didn't mean to do that," I spoke. I tried to look at them, but they had their face covered. They didn't say anything back, and it made me feel uncomfortable. "Alright then..... goodbye," I spoke nervously.

I tried to move past the person, but they grabbed my hand tightly. "Can I help you?" I asked, trying to pull my hand away. They brought their finger up to my forehead and pushed down on it. It freaked me out a little and gave me shivers. "Alright, goodbye now!!" I said nervously.

I quickly pulled my hand away and began to start running towards the direction of my place. I looked back a little, but I didn't see them anymore. What the hell was that all about? It was so weird.

I began to slow down to jogging and then walking. That was really weird... probably some drunk person. I began to walk up the steps to my place and slowly began to feel myself growing tired. I quickly put my key in the doorknob, and when I walked in, a quickly closed and locked the door behind me.

I took off my shoes and coat and slowly began to take off my pants too. "I need some water!!! Yeah!! Water will help!" I said to myself. I began to feel myself sweat and I started to take off all of my clothes. "Damn!! I don't remember it being this hot in here?" I looked at the thermostat and saw it was fifteen degrees Celsius. I began to tap on it and it didn't seem broken.

"I'm just really drunk; I need to sleep!" I spoke again to myself. I began to serve myself some water, and I sauntered over to the small sofa I had in my living room. The water helped me feel a little better, but I still felt hot.

I sat up straight on the sofa, and without a second thought, I felt extremely dizzy. My hands were moving slowly, and I began to laugh. This has never happened to me before. "Haha! Everything is just fine-..."
