When I woke up the following day I was covered in this giant white sheet. It was a sort of blanket, kind of. I moved from under it and immediately freaked out seeing that everything was huge. "HUH?! DID I SHRINK?!" I yelled. I quickly jumped off the sofa and caught myself with my hands... only... They weren't my hands.

"AHHHHHHHHHH!!!!"

...
There's no way! No! No! How did this happen? I quickly tried to run to a mirror but my damn feet! They were too slippery! I jumped up to a shelf and looked at myself. I looked like a frog! How is this possible?

Okay, I can't freak out... nope!! No freaking out right now. "I'll just call Matthew or Alfred," I said out loud. I hopped off the shelf and went to my pants where my phone last was. I began to try pulling them out, but my hands were too slippery. How was I supposed to do anything like this? Was I going to die in here?

I continued to push the phone out, and I was actually successful after twenty minutes. The phone fell onto the floor and I looked at it helplessly. "Why me... Why me..." I cried.

I hopped from the sofa onto the floor and began to slap my frog hand onto the phone.  I needed to hurry and call someone for help.

I managed to slowly unlock my phone, and I did my best to click on my contacts list to call Matthew. The phone began to ring, and when it answered, I yelled.

"MATTHEW?! Can you hear me?"
"Hello?...Francis?"
"Hey! Can you hear me?"
"Your voice is low... Are you okay?"
"Come to my place?!" I shouted. After a while, he hung up, and I knew he didn't understand anything I said. My voice must be too low.

I looked around my apartment and saw I left a window open by the kitchen. "Thank god! I need to find some help," I said out loud. I hopped to the kitchen and did my best to climb onto the countertop.

I took a deep breath out, jumped up, and began to crawl towards the window slowly. Everyone was too far from where I lived. I wouldn't make it anyway. What was I supposed to do when I found someone I knew? I don't even know what's going on with me.

That's when it hit me!

"Arthur! He is the closest person... Maybe he might be able to help?" I spoke. I jumped out of my window very happy, and I started my journey to his house. I knew it was going to take a couple of hours... I hope someone doesn't try and grab me or a dog comes up to me.

I'd be manhandled for sure... And not in a sexy way.

I was going out blind, I didn't have my phone or keys or anything... So I hope this works or something.

After two hours, I finally saw his place in the distance. It sucks being a small animal..... I feel so embarrassed to be like this. How could this happen... I only started to feel funny after I bumped into that strange man.

"Huh!?" It had to be that man that did this. But if that's the case, how on earth am I supposed to find him? He could be anywhere, and I can't exactly run around the city like this.

I approached his place and looked around. Now that I'm looking at his place, not in the dark, I can see how well-kept it is. I began to approach the fence and didn't see any signs of him. "Hmmm....I'll check the back," I whispered to myself.

I quickly began to hop toward the back of his home, and I saw lots of gardening stuff. There were pots toward the back, and I was sure he spent lots of time gardening.

I squeezed myself through the gate and looked around. The grass was a little high in some areas, but it wasn't bad to where I couldn't see around me. I began to hop deeper into his backyard and suddenly stumbled upon a pond. "Oh, this looks really nice..." I whispered.

It was really pretty over here, and honestly, I can see why frogs like it so much. If I lose all hope, I wouldn't mind freeloading off of his pond. I began to hear music playing, and I looked up quickly.

It was Arthur!

My eyes widened seeing him, and I hopped closer to him. He was actually humming and tending to his garden. I couldn't believe my eyes that this was the same person I had met two days ago. He seemed so much tougher... Besides being drunk and just acting funny. He didn't seem like he'd be into gardening .... Let alone humming.

I smiled, looking at him wipe sweat from his face as he adjusted his hat. His humming and the mix of flowers and light around him... He was too heavenly to look at.

I jumped into the pond and began to swim toward him. He was cutting weeds and placing them in a small basket that was filled with weeds and twigs. I slowly got out of the water and stared at him, working. The only thing I'd be sad about if I stayed frog forever is not being able to get to know him more. I was sure that I might have seen this side of him eventually if I wasn't a frog.

He looked so cute and at peace as he did his gardening. I hopped closer to him and continued to smile at how cute and sweet he looked. If only I had a cigarette, I could have offered him one as a thank-you for offering me one on the first night we met. He continued to hum as I slowly showed myself to him, and it immediately caught his attention.
