It was a nice day. Kronos and Percy and all the Ttitans were at the mall, in Talbots. Percy hated Talbots with every single fiber of his being, but he smiled through the pain as Kronos tried on another pair of sandals.
"I think these make me look" Kronos said. "How do you think?"
Percy smiled but said nothing.
Iapetus blew his whistle, and they all scrambled onto the bus (they took a bus because some of the titans didnt know what a bus was).
On the bus ride home, Percy thought deeply about whether or not he should behonest with Kronos about how terrible his new sandals were. His raspberry phone rang, and Percy hushed it, giving it a pat. The phone went quiet.
Finally, Percy decided he had to say something. He pointed at the sandals, and stood up. Everybody watched as he turned on his raspberry phone and pulled up a picture of some crocs. "This is what I wanted okay? This is the pastels, and this is what I got!" he gestured at the sandals on Kronos; feet. Kronos cowered in embarrassment.
Everybody said "... :weary:...."
The bus came to a stop at the top of mount everest. It was precarious but it was home.
Iapetus and Kronos stood at a stand off as everybody else got off. Western music played from the loud speakers,
""kronos are you sure this kid is worth all the trouble" Iapetus demanded, his whole body shaking in rage at the blatant display of that percy had just "he keeps saying all these weird things."
Kronos held up his hands, placating the younger older. Blanches " "yeah.... Yeah, once hes on our side we'll be chilling"
Iapetus seemed satisfied but he'll never be satisfied,a nd the two besties got off the bus. There, where Othrys was, it wasn't. There were ruins, and Percy was standing in front of all the other titans, like he giving an emotional and positive speach. He splayed his hands toward the rubble, and kronos held his breath, waiting for his now son's brave words.
"Oh no!" Percy said, "Our table! It's broken!"
Iapetus let out an angry huff and goose stepped away.
All the other titans began to weep, picking through the ruins of their once home and trying to figure out what to do and how to salvage. Kronos watched as his now son Percy made a big show of pretending to trip. His voice carried over the ruins: "Oh no i hope i don't fall!"
Mortified, Kronos shrank back into the bus as his brethren turned to glare over at him.
