It was evening, Ria and Easton's first night together in their two-step bunk bedroom, "my first night with a soldier, not on the same bed, but…"

"I don't know what to tell you, Ria just leave me alone,"

"I don't understand since yesterday you've been behaving kinda strange, no soldier vibes, no energy, what's it," Ria squeezed more into her foldout bedspread,

"I'm sorry to have brought you into this, it was a foolish idea from the very beginning," Easton said, "I could have just followed you into Morocco and forgot all about this stupid US,"

"Those that went to Morocco are with us here in Safe Heaven, either you could have still ended up here,"

"I'll that as an encouragement,"

"Planned our escape yet,"  Ria Thompson said,

"The will be no escape," Easton had a sense of utter desolation,

"I don't understand, do you mean you've stopped looking for a way out,"

"Don't you get it, there are no doors, no widows," Easton snorted, "if we try drilling through the glass wall it would take more than 18 hours and it's more than enough time to override the door of the room we choose to use,"

"I should have known that you would be this worthless after all their like-minded SEALS gathering in mechanical,"

"Don't speak about high-tier operators, we are the ones that have kept this country going for ages since we were founded,"

"You talk like you have the guts,"

"Shut up, I don't need any of your talks,"

"Then act like a soldier,"

"You don't get it, do you…" Easton chuckled, "Another twelve more years would be added unto your miserable life making it 24," Easton said

Ria lay slumped for several minutes while Easton busied himself tying knots on his bedspread, "we have to accept what we've gotten ourselves into,"

"You mean you have to drink like the SEALS and behave like them, never to change,"

"I don't expect someone who has already settled with her former boss to understand the situation,"

"You brought me here and I had hope, that's why I chose to be a worker in the first place. I could have just decided to turn, maybe I'll be at one Eastern region leaving my life,"

"It's not too late to be an example to others,"

"Easton you don't quite get how serious we must leave. Some interior parts of the Sahara desert are turning people without being bitten,"

"I know about it already, the rumor monger did his job,"

"And you're not disturbed, what if it's too late for any of us," Ria slipped her face down and looked at Easton, her voice hoarse and weak, "what are you saying? Don't you want out, to live a better life,"

Easton said nothing then yelled after a few lapses of total quiet, "What do you want me to do?"

"Restlessness and discontent are the characteristics of a successful person, don't throw your ego away. It would help, both of us,"

"I don't know what to do,"

"I too, but I know people who can help,"

"You tricked them into following you the first time, how are you sure they'll follow you again with your sagacious judgment,"

"Good thing I'm not the one to talk,"

"Gosh.. let me have my quiet we continue in the morning,"

"We continue with what, quarrels or…"
