Looking for a way out

In the middle of the night Ria and Kayden felt some tender hooks while waiting on Easton for a judgement beyond the dark corridor, "why's he taking so much time?" Kayden said

"He has to tramp four areas before getting back to us, I think," Ria twerked

"Ohh, God, I'm dead worried," being frazzled she holds her breath for not more than two seconds then releases,

"You'll be fine," Ria held her by the shoulder, "we all will,"

"I know, but I also know Norman could be watching us, our every move and…"

"Thingummy you mean, because there's nobody behind any screen probably because there are no screens,"

"It's weird, I'm quite nervous, I don't know if I can do this?"

"Yes, you can not because of anything but your baby,"

Kayden tittered a bit, she immediately covered her mouth with her hands, "I don't even know the baby's gender, whether a boy or a girl. What kind of mother would be without proper information of her child's affair,"

"It's not your fault, none of these is your fault,"

"Don't play that card ok, it's my fault, if I didn't collect that stupid job proposal I couldn't have been here," miffed Kayden and frightened Ria stared at each other for a while before drifting apart after some sneaky footsteps started approaching the long corridor.

"Let's hide," Kayden suggested

"No, it would make things even worse,"

"supposing that's not Easton were screwed,"

"Norman is in his palace I'm sure, and those are not the footsteps of Robots I assume, it's a human, and every human has feelings, and we're girls, beautiful girls for that matter," Ria said looking funny at Kayden,

Kayden really tizzy says, "Good, for you, me here I'm two in one,"

"Wow, no need for that, who else knows you with a thing, feel relaxed," Ria walks closer and loosened her cold hands. Kayden made a slight tingling sensation, a look of surprise tinged with disappointment after several lapses of breath she burst out an incredible sentence, "I would hate to give birth having never left the hole of where I got pregnant, mentally, and experience the world; London, Venezuela, and France and Spain and all other parts, no matter the race, ethnicity, I just want my child to leave a free life…" Kayden was already in that half and half world where she was not completely with Ria and the other part traveling in her imagination,

"Kayden, Kayden," Ria's voice went low several degrees, "hey wake up, stop dream walking, Easton is here,"

Kayden releases a little gas, "where were we?" She made a half-hearted attempt to justify herself,

"You see, she's fine," Ria giggled at Easton,

"I should be doing this with actual soldiers, they won't be sleepwalking," Easton become miffed,

"I'm fine, just wanted a glimpse at the future for the first time in a while," Kayden well suited with hands in her pocket says,

"What did you bring back?" Ria asked

"Nothing, no sign of the red button or anything related to it, all four storage units are filled with mumbo jumbo, just a waste of time,"

"30 minutes of scouting four different storage units you came back empty-handed, that's absurd," Kayden says

"Not empty-handed," Easton dipped his hands into his pocket and brought out a folded paper,

"What's that? Is that even useful, or are you trying to mean something,"
