Chapter 1

Mika's POV:

Hi! My name is Mika Santos and I'm 20 years old. I don't have parents anymore, I lost them when I was 17. I also don't have siblings. If you're asking, I lived by my aunt and uncles house for one year.
I am a College student, architecture and film making are my courses. Next year I will graduate, finally!
I have a boyfriend, his name is TJ, TJ Jalbuena (pronouncements: halbuena). I am so happy to have him by my side.

Riiiiing riiiiiing

Oh, my phone is ringing. But where is it? I can't find it.... Oh there! I immediately grabbed my phone and I saw my best friend, Dani calling me.

Me: Hi. What do you want?

Dani: Good morning, Mika!! Wow, you already know that I want something from you?

Me: Yea. I know you enough. So, what?

Dani: Can you please help me?

Me: I can. But the question is, if I want to and if I will. And it depends.

Dani: Ok. Can you please bake for me a cake?

Me: And why should I?

Dani: Cause I am your best friend?

Me: Aish! Ok, what kind of cake do you want?

Dani: I don't care what kind of cake! The most important thing is, the cake have to be ready before 6pm, sharp!

Me: What? And why do you need a cake? You can also bake a cake by yourself, Danica!

Dani: You're right but when I bake a cake, things always go wrong! Maybe you can't cook but you can bake!

Me: Aish. Okey. I will do it but only because you're special to me.

Dani: Aww. You're special to me too, Mika.

Mika: Okey. Just don't say aww ever again. Please. It sounds awful to you.

Dani: Yah! You're mean!

Me: hahahah I know, but sometimes.

Dani: Not sometimes - always!

Me: ok. See ya!

Dani: See ya!

And the call ended.

Yea, Dani is my best friend. Her full name is Danica Sandoval. We know each other since high school. She's really my closest friend. I can tell everything.

TJ's POV:

Hello! I guess you already know me. I'm TJ, TJ Jalbuena. 21 years old and importantly I'm already taken.
I'm Mikas one and only boyfriend and she told me I'm the first one. She's my first girlfriend, too.
If you're asking why my name is TJ. It's just because that my parents was not able to decide which name to chose for me. So, they decided TJ, because my moms name is Tanya and my dads John. I have a big brother too, Adrian but we call him Ian for short. Actually my grandparents named my brother. But back to me. I really really love football and also my best friend Kris does. We know each other since high school, even Mika and Dani were were with us.
Honestly, Mika and I had a fight when we was in 2nd grade, in 3rd grade we stopped talking to each other. Actually I made the choice to ignore her, fully.
Mika, Kris, Danica and I and also others of our friends were really friends when we was in 5th grade.
5th grade, second semester, I started to court her and a year later, exactly on March 8th she said yes.
I was so happy! And I still happy because she's by me.

Mika......... When she was 17 I really felt sorry to her - she lost her parents because of a stupid motor accident. Since then, she never seated on a motor. I admit, she's cold to people by me, too. At first I thought she didn't know the word love but I was wrong. Mika showed me that she knows what love is. People were shocked, when they're found out that we are couple. But she became more cold when her parents died.
Even that she's a cold person, she knows what true friendship is.
She's not always cold, she can be very happy, sad........and angry.
She can be angry with whoever it is, even her family. And she has humor.
Mika is the type of person that you can't read for the first time. You have to know her more to know her true colors. She's not bad just different.
