"But of course. This ought to prove entertaining at the least." Dylan leaned back as he said this, smiling.
"Dude...you saw what happened last time, you want that to happen again?" Oliver asked.
"No, I can do it better. I won't force them to kill to eat, and will only have them exercise their powers in a contained environment." Harry responded hastily. Dylan bit down on an apple, "Well then what's the incentive to us even bothering, if you're in so much control?"
"Simple, I can't keep charge of the area we have planned, so I was thinking of dividing it into six segments, and leaving one of us in charge of each. Of course you would be able to decide entirely how your area is designed, right down to the climate." Harry said. Halle nodded. "As long as we aren't having them kill their loved ones and friends, I'm in."
"Ah, now that's where it gets interesting. I want to see if race has any effect on how Haemos manifests, so we'll collect teenagers from all around the globe, I'd say have about....hm...60 to start with, we can get more later if the need arises." Harry pulled out a map of the globe. "Dylan, you have the most global influence, where do you think we could get some and arrange a working cover-up?" Dylan walked over to the map, and stared at it, pondering. "Well if I were to use my ability.... most of Europe is game, we should be able to get a few from the states if I'm careful, and as for the east...Japan should be easy, as should Russia, but we're not getting China or the middle east without problems. Australia and New Zealand are easy as well, their governments are nice and lazy." Dylan put drawing pins in all of the locations he said were possible.
"Alright, that should provide us with enough variety, but what about Africa and India?" Harry looked confused.
"Oh, no problem legally, but they're a bit too chaotic. Their governments don't care, so it'd be more of an abduction with no need for my assistance." Dylan twiddled a pen between his fingers.

Gwen, who until now had remained silent, spoke up. "Alright...but you are certain that we won't get caught, right?"
"I can guarantee it." Dylan responded.
"Yes, and there will be a large sum of money involved if you choose to help." Harry added. "So, I take it we're all in agreement? " Everyone nodded. Dylan reached into a briefcase he was carrying, and pulled out five racks of twelve vials filled with blood. "These are full of my blood. They ought to do you for 60 people if used correctly, just splash them, pick up the cross that appears, and the rest will be obvious. I'll have to stay back, I pass out whenever my power is used."

The next day, everyone got onto their own UN marked jet, and set off to their destinations. Dylan stayed back, and said he would go through the minds of anyone they caught.

One week later

Everyone had now returned in their planes, with twelve others from various countries. Harry looked over all of the teens, his crosses on hand, and smiled. "This is a good variety. I can work with this." He picked up his phone, and pushed a few buttons. "Hello? Yes it's me, is it done? Good, we're on our way." He hung up the phone. "I'm sorry, but we need to make one last trip. While we were off gathering people I had something prepared." Harry led everyone back onto the jet, and they took off. They flew in silence. The last time they were together like this was in the tunnels under the school. Halle shuddered, remembering those events. After a while, Harry spoke up. "Dylan, put them to sleep." He said coldly, and Dylan, who was awake now, simply snapped all of the crosses. The bodies slumped. "Done." He said, as Harry pulled out syringes from a compartment in the plane. "Here it is. My synthetic version of Haemos, so engineered to have a much more powerful effect on the user. It is also completely independent from the crystal, so there will be no unfortunate interference. " Harry progressed across the rows of children, injecting the bio weapon into their arms. He finished just as the plane began to land.

The teens were all on trolleys, as the plane doors opened. A blinding white, and a sensation of freezing cold swept over the group. "Siberia! Thousands of square feet of empty space, and now, in its heart, my masterpiece!" The driving snow slowly let up, revealing a dome. It seemed enormous, almost going on forever. "A biodome, 10 miles diameter. Inside it appears to be an island, but we can chamge that." Harry said as UN guards wheeled the teens in.

Harry led everyone to a control room. "This is a one time thing, so be careful. Pick an area, then use the menu options to customise it." A map of the island popped up, divided into six. "I'll show you how." Harry said, selecting an area, and then flying through menus. On the map, everyone saw great grey blocks of flats rise up, all of the islands natural beauty being crushed by the iron fist of industrialism. Once Harry was done, Dylan stepped up, chose his area and got to work. He made his zone into a warm English countryside, with plenty of small hamlets and villages, but behind it all, a great clock tower that he said was to be his home. Halle made a thick forest, filled with plants of every variety. Gwen, a deep labyrinth. Oliver made an enormous stage, with a director's room above it, where he could make any form of prop or backdrop appear. Finally, Dan made a grand crystal citadel, with winding spires. Harry shut down the menus, and pointed at a neutral zone in the middle of the island. "This is the arena." He said. "Do as you wish with your people normally, but, once every day, we will randomly pick one or two zones. If one zone is picked, send two to fight each other. If two, send one each. Now, the guards will have deposited ten teenagers in your zone. The arena rule will begin to apply tomorrow. For now, get used to your new abodes." Harry left the room via a door with a map on it, and his zone highlighted. Everyone else went to their zones.
