Day 1, zone 1.
Katya woke up. She didn't remember much about how she got here, other than one moment she was shopping in her hometown of Saint Petersburg, when a foreign woman approached her, and splashed her with something. "Sleeping tonic." She said, then looked amazed. That wasn't Russian she had spoken in, it was English. She looked around. She was in an old hospital, it looked quite similar to those in her homeland. She lay back down on her side, and felt a pressure on her ear. She felt around, and deduced that she must have had some sort of implant put into her ear, like a hearing aid. She heard the noises of people awakening, and saw that there were nine others in the room, all in hospital beds like her. The room lit up as a screen turned on, showing the face of a man, with black hair. Then, he spoke. "Hello workers of zone 1, I am your commander in chief. You have been selected to be tested upon. You will all find that your blood exhibits some....interesting features. Please stand still, as you will now be informed as to what they are. All you need to do is focus." A door opened, and ten skull shaped robots with surgical equipment came floating through. One of them floated over to Katya, and prepared a syringe. She was frozen by fear. The robot thrust the syringe into her arm, and extracted her blood. She felt a spike of pain, which quickly faded. She then did as the man had said, and focused. To her amazement, she saw her blood in the syringe imstantly evaporate and start moving. The glass strained the smashed, the small gale of red forcing its way out. Katya tried pushing it, and it obeyed. This power let her blast people with a storm of her own blood. She saw similar things happening around her, everyone else discovering their own unique abilities.
Day 1, zone 2.
Johan sat up. He was in a comfortable bed, that seemed like the things he had seen in a museum once. He got out of bed and walked around. He found that he was in a house, but did not remember how he got there. "Strange, I was in town just a moment ago. Dusseldorf doesn't have any places like this. Wait! Why am I speaking English? I don't know this language." Johan also found his earpiece, and came to the same conclusion that Katya had. He left the house and found himself in a small village, with a looming clock tower behind it. He saw nine other houses with people emerging from them as well. Then, a man in very old formal wear came down the hill from the clock tower, escorted by four....knights? Yes, they were knights, in full plate mail armour. "Hail, denizens of zone 2. I am the lord of this land, appointed by a dear scholarly friend to study you. Please spill your blood, you will find it carries an interesting power with it. Johan wasn't about to cut himself for some random man, regardless of rank. He stood firm. "So be it." The man said. "Cut them, but do not severely harm them." He said, pointing the knights to the group. The armoured men approached, and swumg their swords down precisely, like surgeons. They just broke the skin on Johan's forearm, and he suddenly felt time slow down. In front of him, he saw blueprints, blank, ready to be drawn on. In his hand was a pencil formed of solid red. He tentatively drew a basic combustion motor design, with the knowledge he had from his passion for engineering. Suddenly, the blueprint and pencil vanished, and blood began to stream from the cut on his arm, forming the design he had just drawn. There now sat a working motor, formed of Johan's solidified blood.
Day 1, zone 3.
Phillipe awoke. He was dizzy, but recognised that he was in a forest. He saw nine others scattered around him. They all began to awaken after he did. Phillipe wiped his eyes, and saw a note pinned to a nearby tree. It read "You are test subjects, and you are my prey. Once you have read this note I will cut your left arm, from there you will find a power of some sort. Remember, I'm hunting you to prepare you for something bigger, but I won't hold back.
~H"
Phillipe looked around, then felt a sharp pain in his arm. He thought tjat he had seen a flash of red before it hit him, but couldn't confirm it. Blood seeped out, and Phillipe gripped his arm in pain, but saw a tree branch nearby get sliced off. He ran. Surprisingly, with his blood pouring out of his arm, he felt much faster. All he could see around him was a blur as he plowed through the undergrowth. He almost crashed into a tree, but went straight through the tree, knocking it down instead. He slowed down, finding a cabin put in the middle of a densely packed area. He went inside, and blocked the door with logs.Day 1, online meeting room.
Harry: I've got some very powerful ones with me, but I believe I can control them. One in particular, the Russian girl, seems promising, how about the rest of you.
Dylan: Nothing much here, other than a German boy who can build technology from his blood. He popped out a combustion engine right in front of me!
Halle: Speedster, he's able to outrun my whips, and knocked down some of the trees. Not sure about the others, but right now, this hunter thing is keeping them all on their toes.
Room closed.
