An hour after dinner, you find yourself curled up in your bed, your aching back feeling grateful for the comfort of your pillows as your eyes scan the pages of a romance book you borrowed from the library. After eating a warm dinner, the boys decided to shower and change before they began examining the evidence you've collected, so you decided to take a small breather.

Meanwhile, you've also been texting with Trey, trying to convince him that you can also take care of Riddle and take a break. However, the green-haired man is stubborn and replies that it's "his responsibility as his butler and best friend".

A gentle knock on your bedroom door makes you look up from the pages. "(Y/N), it's us, can we come in?" is Deuce's voice and you answer with a "go ahead". The door bursts open and the three men rush in, Epel immediately flops down on your bed with a groan. "I'm ready to sleep like a baby". Deuce and Ace also sit on the bed, the redhead using his foot to force Epel to move so he can steal the spot next to you.

This then turns into a small fight, with the apple boy grabbing Ace's foot and pulling him towards him, which then begins with the two of them kicking and softly punching each other. Amidst the chaos, Deuce swoops in and takes a seat right next to you as you place the evidence in front of you. "Dude! That was my spot," Ace whines, falling over as Epel shoves him. "You snooze, you lose," the blue-haired man retorts with a mischievous grin.

"All right, that's enough, you're going to break something," you scold lightly as the two men grunt in response and sit down properly this time. Meanwhile, you pull out the camcorder. "We'll start with the camera, as we may find some solid evidence of what happened that night," the three of them peer over the device as you pull open a tab and reveal the screen.

Your fingers press the camera's power button, the lens extends and the screen lights up, revealing a purple background and a logo that reads "FORTECH: where memories are never forgotten" in big, bold white letters. Without wasting any time, you press the button that takes you to the gallery and see that the camera contains at least 24 saved files. And the thumbnail of the latest video is not pretty.

"Is that blood?" Deuce, who has been looking over your shoulder, asks in a panicked, quiet tone. Ace mimics the blue-haired man's action and looks at the picture. "I think it is," he replies, slightly frightened. You hover your finger over the select button, ready to play the video, when the four of you are startled by a sudden, hurried knock on the door.

"Quick! Hide everything!" Epel instructs in a hushed tone, and the three boys sprint into action, grabbing the items and throwing themselves off your bed, landing on the opposite side as they huddle together. You quickly get up and walk to the door, looking over your shoulder to make sure the other three can't be spotted.

"Who is it?" you ask in a relaxed tone, hoping to hide your stupor. "Sorry to interrupt, but may I come in? I know the other three are here," it's Cater. You cautiously open the door and find yourself face to face with the charismatic young man, but his expression is rather grim.

Before you can answer, he fishes something out of his back pocket and holds it up to your face. It's a letter. "I'm really worried about what's in here. I think we're in danger," Cater whispers to you, fear dancing in the pools of his beautiful green gaze. Your eyes widen as you quietly pull him into your room, glancing out into the hallway to see if anyone else is out there before closing the door.

At the sound of new footsteps, the other three clumsily emerge from their hiding place, Deuce face-planting on the hardwood floor and Epel accidentally hitting Ace's collar, causing the redhead to choke for a second.
