It was well into the early hours of the morning by the time that Tommy arrive back at home, it was around 1 due to him getting distracting on the way back. Not that it mattered, he had received some pretty good information so being home later than expected wasn't really a bother.

All the lights in the house were off, minus the ones at the front that flash on every time something moves outside. He entered through the back door that never seemed to be locked, he wondered how many people actually knew about the door and never thought to check it before locking up. Although yes they were rich, no one would dare break into the Wastaken household anyway so Tommy supposed that it didn't matter.

What was clear though was that as soon as he was 'safe' inside a wave of exhaustion hit him. Dealing and talking to criminals was surprisingly tiring.

Tommy made his way upstairs wanting nothing more than to curl up in his nest and sleep. No one was around at this time, all sleeping on the other side of the house. Suddenly the fact that he's practically forgotten about isn't so bad. Flopping down on his bed after making sure that his door was locked, it wasn't long before Tommy was unconscious, falling asleep in the clothes from his short adventure.

The peacefulness didn't last long though, as 5 hours later he was awakened by long and persistent knocks on his door. "Sir Thomas, It's time to wake up. Your father requires your presence in his office in 10 minutes time." was called out before loud footsteps could be heard echoing back down the hallway.

Fuck. Well there goes his plan to sleep in until the afternoon. What day was it again? Tommy shuffled around in his nest, looking for his phone which had slipped out of his pocket in the night. Once his found it he switched it on, squinting from the brightness of the screen. Sunday. Just when life couldn't get any better his father is no doubt going to ruin his Sunday morning.

Double fuck. He had school tomorrow as well. School was shit he wanted to start home schooling again. An idea started forming in his head at the thought.

He was getting side-tracked, what time was it? 8:53. Right so his father probably wanted to see him at 9. At that he sprung out of bed and over to his closet. Pulling on a pair of jeans and a fairly expensive sweater and deeming himself presentable. He went into the bathroom and lost track of time whilst trying to sort his hair out.

By the time that Tommy was racing out of his room and towards his father's office it was 9:04 and his hair still looked like a rats nest. Why did hair need so much fucking maintenance. Knocking on the door he straightened his posture and brushed any creases out of his sweater. A firm 'come in' was heard from inside the room and the blonde hesitantly opened the door.

"You are late, Thomas." came an unimpressed voice as soon as the door was shut.

"I know father, I'm sorry. I wasn't given much time in advanced." mumbling slightly.

"You should know better. Why weren't you already awake? It is 9 o'clock for Gods sake. Also stop with the mumbling, you are a young man not a child so stop showing yourself as one.

"Yes father."

"Good know we have other more important things to discuss, there was a incident reported on the road that you usually take to return home, your mother and I after a lot of discussion decided that you will be starting home-schooling again with a tutor..."

Wow the universe really has been on Tommy's side recently.

"This is because people have started up the speculations again and we can't afford to have a chip in our reputation because of you."

Oh they were starting up this bullshit again, Tommy thought that this had all blown over years ago after they had lied saying that he was a hybrid without feature. Being an rich ad important family it had taken many interviews to convince the public that Tommy really was their child.
