3rd person pov:
The consistent beeping is soon white noise to bakugou. Only the dripping of his tears puddling onto izuku's chest, and the snubs is all he hears.
Bakugou let's go of the silver blade that is embedded in his chest.. katsuki then stands up. His adrenaline is too high to feel pain. Shadows cover his eyes as he stands.
"It's your fualt."
The beast laughs as it begins to feed off Bakugou's emotions.
"Yes, FINALLY! I am...... completed. I..... AM.........Wraith. *hiss*"
As it charges at bakugou. Suddenly it has nothing to feed off of.
"You got it wrong beast. Deku would never want to kill anyone. You were born from regrets of weakness, not revenge."
Katsuki turns around. Eyes shadowed over because of pure rage. Eyes wide like a berserker.
"At first I wanted to blame myself, but deku intrusted me to kill him, give him mercy, set him free."
Bakugou's body begins to smoke from a quirk awakening. From the fight earlier, bakugou had sweat everywhere. It too begins to smoke. Evan outside of the room.
Tamaki sees this and pulls tetsu, and all might out.
Tetsu:"What the hell man!"
Tamaki:"I saw Bakugou's gauntlets boiling with smoke."
All might:^Come back to us young hero.^
Tamaki grows wings and takes flight just in time.
Bakugou looks the beast in the eyes. Silence falls as the structure around bakugou shreds in a bright light before the sound could be heard.
Bakugou:"You won't see deku ever again, because you won't be where he's going."
The beast mindlessly continues its advance on bakugou. Planting a hand on Bakugou's throat.
"Life drain."
Bakugou doesn't flinch, and in his mind is an image of nuclear fission at the molecular level.
As bakugou begins to bleed. The blood evaporates from the heat given off of the blast.
"Let's go to hell together mother fucker."
*BOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!*
Tamaki is almost blown away by the blast, but he manages to stabilize himself quickly. That's when they see the building has been destroyed, only smoke in the shape of a mushroom is left. Luckily only anything touching bakugou was effected by radiation. Tamaki lands, and all might runs in looking for bakugou. That's when All might sees something that brings him to tears. A nomu holds a frail izuku beside bakugou. The nomu puts izuku's hand on bakugou. Causing izuku to heal him. Burns are now only first degree, and radiation is gone.
All:"Are you the real-."
The nomu and izuku are transparent. That's when he realizes that izuku is passing on.
Izuku:"Time to make things right."
They split into beams of light heading towards the hospital. Hitting aizawa and kirishima, along with other heroes, villians that were effected.
THREE WEEKS LATER:
Bakugou opens his eyes to bright hospital lights. With a blink. He's greeted by the sight of Kirishima's smiling face.
"Morning sleeping beauty."
"Have I died?"
"No man, you're in the hospital."
Bakugou's eyes widen. As he goes to sit up fast. He gets a wave of dizziness and nuasia hit him.
"Easy bakubro, you just woke up. "
"Where's deku?"
Kirishima's goes silent, and his smile fades.
"Midoriya.... he..... he didn't make it. Heroes tried looking for his body, but nothing survived the explosion. Well nothing except the computer storage that was under the building. The computer holds both izuku's and the beast's memories."
"I see."
Bakugou's head drops. So Kirishima hands bakugou a zip drive.
"His final thoughts are on this if you want to see them. I know he ment a lot to you. Rest asure no matter what happened. I'm still gonna be by your side."
As Kirishima goes to stand up. Bakugou pulls Kirishima down, and into a hug.
"I'm sorry for hurting you. That wasn't manly of me. Yet you still want me? You're too nice for me. I don't....... deserve...it."
By the end, Bakugou's voice cracks. Tears drip onto Kirishima's shirt. Causing Kirishima to hug tighter.
Kiri:^ if you could save me. Why didn't you heal yourself? Instead, you gave us another chance together.^
Kirishima thinks back to when he was in the dark, and izuku was the light that pulled him back.
Izuku:"Kacchan needs someone to watch over him. My time is up. So I'm leaving him in your hands Kirishima. If you're gonna hate anyone. Hate me not him. Kacchan is an emotional idiot after all heheh!"
Kiri:"What do you mean?"
Izuku:" kacchan had a crush on me. So when I came back. Those feelings were rekindled. Now that I'm no longer in the G e picture. True love like yours and his can continue to bloom. I was a crush, nothing more."
Kiri:"Wait! You're wrong!"
Izu:"I wish you both a long happy life together."
Izuku drops Kirishima, and as Kirishima falls. He sees izuku's genuine smile before he fades away. That's when Kirishima woke up in his own body.
PRESENT DAY:
Kiri:^ I'll do my best to help him move forward.^
Izuku's messenge on the zip drive decoded:
Time heals all wounds. Though it might not feel like it now. One day the pain will subside. Love is a strong emotion, that shouldn't be wasted on the past. Instead carry it to the future, and Imbrace them. Though the past is there forever. The future is a gift that only gives for so long. So take the future and make it yours hero.
