Enjoy!!!

Ahsoka laughed as she walked down the street. She had wanted to say that for far too long. The look on Anakins face too! Ha! She would never let him live that down. Never ever. Then she sensed something, no it was a feeling. She needed to move now. She had taken one single step when she felt a terrible pain just above her heart. "Oh no, not again." She thought as she felt. "I need to stay conscious. I need... TO STAY CONCIOUS." She could not allow herself to fall asleep. The pain was terrible. Just as thought she was going to pass out, she heard her master's voice. Now she could succumb to the pain.

Anakin pov:

"Ahsoka?!" I almost laughed at what had just happened. I'd always thought she knew what was going on, but I never knew for sure. Then I saw her adn the sight made me almost pass out with fright. I ran over. "Ahsoka, why are you... Then I saw it. A blaster shot. Right above her heart. I quickly checked her pulse. It was there but fading fast. Too fast for my liking. I quickly picked her up bridal style and ran to the 500 Republica. It had a good med bay that I had used on multiple occasions.

"I need a doctor NOW!" A nurse quickly ran over and took Ahsoka from my arms. Then he turned to me. We need to get her into surgery, Master Skywalker." And he took off, my padawan in his arms. I couldn't sit down so I started to pace. Who had shot her and why??? If I ever found the stuck up, half witted, scruffy looking nerf herder, I would kill him. For almost killing my little 'soka.

I quickly realized he should comm some people, most importantly the council. After alerting the council I told padme. In less than two minutes she was at his side impatiently tapping her foot. Four minutes later, the entire 501st arrived, along with the 212th. The waiting  room at this point was quite crowded. To add to the crowd Obi wan and Plo Koon  and Alayna Secura arrived less than a minute after the 212th. "Sorry, the council wanted to talk about this new development." Obi wan muttered. Finally Admiral Yularn arrived. It started getting quite hot and the doctors started insisting that the 212th and 501st go outside. They did, but quite grudgingly.

After two excruciatingly long hours, she finally came out of surgery. The docter pulled me aside. "She was lucky. It did not hit any vital organs, but she still was very hurt. There might be some nerve damage there, but it shouldnt be too bad. The stress from battles and.... Other things might take a toll on her road to recovery. She will stay here for the night and part of tomorrow, but she can leave at lunchtime. After that, I am prescribing a week adn a half to rest, and you cannot leave Coruscant until that time. She will need help recovering, and you will probably be the best help." I smiled as I walked back to sleeping Ahsoka. A week and a half without battles. A week and a half to spend with his wife, lil' sis/daughter, and his best friends, the 501st.
