Ahsoka knew she hadn't done it. She knew she had not killed a innocent, or bombed the Jedi temple. Yet she was being accused of such heinous acts. The way the Jedi council had just turned their backs on her broke her. The order was her life. Never in a thousand years could she betray it.
The sliding open of doors brought her back to the present. There walked in her master, or rather, her former master, before she had been expelled. She gasped when she saw who was being led in by the temple guards. BARRIS?? But Barris was her best friend. One of her only friends. She stared at Barris, filled with such hurt, confusion and anger, she didn't even here what anyone said. How could barris do this, she was a Jedi. Ahsoka didn't even hear what Barris said. She just stared in disbelief. Mouth gaping open.
Then, as barris was led away, Ahsoka realized what this meant for her. She would probably be invited back into the Jedi order. But could she go back? After everything she'd been through, everything she'd seen and heard. After the stun rays that had been shot towards her. The conversations she'd had. Could she go back? Back to being a solider in this horrid war? Trying to convince herself that this was for the greater good, and she was trying to keep the peace, not playing soldier. Could she go back?
The longer she thought the less it made sense. Nothing made sense. Ahsoka could feel herself trembling, shaking and she couldn't make it stop. Then, with a mixture of relief and regret, she passed out. As she did so, a thought came to her mind, she would have to make her choice soon. The single choice that would change her life. Forever.
