Mary Tami and i were standing by our lockers planning our near future when someone bumped into Mary causing her to drop her books
"Oh,sorry,i wanst looking i just-"she apologized to the guy who bumped into her and that was when i realized who it was,Joey Parker.
Before she could finish her apology she was interupted by Natalia
"Hey joey,long time no kiss"natalia said pulling joey in hungrily for a kiss as mary bent down to pick up her stuff with a defeated look on her face
I looked behind the exes,to see two guys and i locked eyes with one for a moment before bending down to help mary with her books,Tami doing the same
"Wow natalia hi,Heh"Joey laughs at the girls eargerness
"You can't call me back"she asks complaning
"Me and Mason were on Tour,in Japan you know"Joey excuses pointing to him and his bestfriend
"it was such a long year without you"the little leech complains again rubbing her hand up and down his chest
"Look um Natalia.."joey tried
"first things first,i heard that you two were coming to dance class this afternoon"Natalia interrupted squeeling looking at the two beofre pulling joey along with her as he wispered "save me " to his two friends
"nice tutu"Dustin ,joeys and Masons mananger, compliments tami as I once again. lock eyes with mason before looking away continuing to help mary pick up her stuff
"thanks,I think"tami says standing up
"I'm dustin but the people call me the funk"he introduces himself
"and behind me is mason whom you might already know"he adds on chuckling
"Well thats unfortunate"Tami says as me and mary stand up finished pucking up her books,referring to the boys nickname as mason waves at us me sending a wave back
"Ah,Feisty,yeah.I like feisty.We'll see you around"dustin says as him and mason back away but not beofre he sends tami a smile and I send mason one last wave to mason

"why would i wanna go out with a guy named the funk"tami aaks us mumbling
"cause he's cute"mary replies as we walk awys to our next clas only to be inturupted by Britt and Bree
"What's your damamge twins"Bree asks
"Nothing. whats your damage?"Tami asks threatingly
"this is our hallway or did you trolls forget that"Britt says
"I dont see your name on it"I mumbled as tami launches at them,mary holing her back
"Oh yeah?you want a piece of me?"Tami threatens
"come on.Its not even worth it"mary says pulling tami along me following the two but not before flipping both bree and Britt off
School was over and Mary has dissapeared to the one place she always is,The dance studio.The both of us have always had a thing for dance,but ive alwys been more of the singer who can dance i guess
I walked into Sonic boom it was my favorite place to be when life sucked
The store was filled with diffrent instruments,my favorite being the guitar and had a section of recors which was definitly my favorite part of the store
The store was owned by a Man named lester who had a daughter my age named Ally
I walked over to the section of the records beofre picking up my favorite one Nirvana-Nevermind
I remember when me and mary were younger and our mother was still alive
She would play the record back to back causing me to know every word to every song
It honestly feels like a fever dream,because i dont remember much about my mom before she passed but it happened
After picking a couple more albums and a new pic for my guitar,i headed towards the cash register,but not before i bumped into someone
I accidently dropped my record,and as i bent down to pick it up the person who bumped into me seemed to have the same idea causing out hands to touch as they picked up the record,us both standing before they handed it to me,i looked at their face to see who it was
"Mason,what are you doing here,not that this isnt a public place or that you cant be here or anything"-i begin to ramble before being cut off
"dont worry,i know its weird seeing me here."he said reassuring me with a chuckle
"i just really missed this place,i kinda grew up here honestly"he added looking around smiling at the place
"what do you mean if you dont mind me asking"I asked honestly curious about how this place was significant to him
"well before joey and i began going on tour i used to work here,with ally,the owners daughter,and we had this friend group with Me her joey, dustin and two other people.we hung out here all the time trying to expand mine and joeys career.Then one day a record label offered to sign me and joey as a duo and we said yes."he explained with a smile on his face
"what happened to evryone else"i asked him
"we are all still close, Trish and Dustin are mine and joeys managers,Ally became a solo artist and lives in LA,Dez is a movie star in LA too,Thats why when me and joey are done with high school we wanna move back to La before going on tour"He explained to me again
"sorry to ramble about myself,i just really missed this place"he added a bright smile still present on his face
"i don't blame you I used to come here with my mom and sister every single day"I said a smile on my face remembering all the times we would come here after ice cream
"wait you wouldnt happen to be either Mary or clover would you"He askes looking into my eyes
"i happen to be the latter,how did you know?"i asked with furrowed eyebrows
"Ally used to talk about you and Mary all the time when we were younger,about how you could sing like an angel"he said chuckling
"wow i'm flattered to know she talked about me to you" I said with a smile before my phone rang,i picked it up to see a call from Dominique
"shit"i complained before picking up my phone she was calling to ask where i was because apparently me and mary were gonna be late to serve at a dinner she was having
after hanging up,i rushed to the cash register paying with my card which has money i earned for tutoring kids
"sorry mason,i have to go, i'm late for this dinner thing that i have,i'll see you in school"i said rushing out not giving him a chance to reply before i took off
