The past couple of days I've been avoiding mason at all costs
No matter how many times he calls I never picked up
Today is my first day back to school since seeing what he did so hopefully avoiding him there is easier
I got dressed in a more confident outfit then I usually do
If he wants to cheat then I have to show him what he's missing out on
I mean he had the audacity to ask me to be his girlfriend and cheat all in the same day
He should really be an actor because I truly believed he liked me
I walked out to my room and towards tamia van where I was met with Mary who looked depressed and Tami who had a pity look on her face
"I don't need your pity Tami,trust me I'm fine.he's just a boy there will be others"
"But you really liked this one and he stole your heart loved it then he stepped on it so now I'm gonna step in him,both of them"
"Ok Tami we get it"Mary mumbled and honestly it was the most she's talked since that night
"Listen Mary joey and mason don deserve you and clover"Tami said as she sped up her driving almost running a kid over
"Slow down we're still in the car"
"Sorry"Tami apologized

It was the end of the day and I had successfully avoided mason but I guess I spoke too soon
"Clover!"I looked up only to see mason running my way causing me to turn the other way
"Clover slow down.hey what's wrong you've been ignoring my calls all weekend.I even called Tami trying to get a hold of you."he told me but I just looked at him with a blank disappointed face
"What did I do"he asked me trying to sound all innocent
"Don't act like your clueless.it's done.we're done."I tried to walk away but he grabbed my hand stopping me
I hate to admit it but his touch still has the same effect on me and it annoys me so much
"What?no.What are you talking about.don't do this baby."
"Don't baby me.Did you feel sorry for me or something was I your charity case is that why you asked me out?"
"What does that-"
"You figured you could toy with me until you got what you really wanted and I guess you even went as far as asking me to be your girlfriend"
"Clover"he tried but I didn't let him say anything as he grabbed the sides of my face
"Anyway thanks for all the singing lessons and whatnot but I'm done with that"I walked away from him

3rd person pov:
Dustin,mason and Joey set out to find Tami to ask what he and Joey did
"All right, time for some damage control."
"And what'd I tell you? My mystery girl."Dustin pointed out tank who was in the newspaper room only for her to close the blinds
"Whoa, Tami."
"I need your help."joey begged
"What's with the blinds?"
"It's about clover and Mary"Mason explained
" Come on, girl."Dustin negotiated
"Don't you "girl" me."
"Just give us a second. One second."
"Don't you two have a stadium show to play or something?"
Tami shut the door in their face
"Come on. Back door."
They rushed to the door before Tami could close it in their face
"Ah, beat you to it."
"How about a shiner, superstar?
"Oh, no."
Won't be no bruising the moneymaker, okay?
You two broke both of my best friend's hearts Have a nice life.
"Tami, I don't even know what I did wrong"mason whined
"Me either"joey said in the same tone
"Let me handle this they don't even know what theydid wrong."
"I just said that."
"I know, but it's all about your intonation."
"Hey. They know you cheated. Get it? You're done."
"What? That's crazy. And not true."
"I would never cheat on clover"
"That's funny, because they saw you two with Natalia and another random girl"
"Wait a second, hold on.So they were there when Natalia broke into your house?"dustin asked rhetorically explaining the situation
"No. No, nothing happened.Natalia busted into my parents' house.She set me up.There's nothing going on between us.I would never hurt her like that."
"And I wouldn't do anything like that To clover,I love her too much"
This is insane.You have to believe me.Look, I want to believe you and I want them to be happy.Especially now that their stuck with Dominique another year.
"Wait,they didn't get into Manhattan?"
"They didn't give her the audition."
"Oh, my God."
"Why would they reject them"
"Guess they changed their mind."
"But we can change them back."
"You can?"
"You can?"
"What's my name?"
"Joey Parker."
"What's my name?"
"Ha. Mason greybeck"
"Get them both to come to the competition, all right? We'll handle it from there."
