C1- Alyssa potter?

Waking up to the repetitive banging of a door isn't exactly how most would expect to wake up,However to Alyssa this was especially a surprise,considering the fact she lived alone.With a jolt, she rose to her feet opening the 'door' of were she was confined.

"Finally freak what took you so long" spat a gruff voice while barking out orders. Alyssa peered up at the form that hovered over her only to shrink back in shock.

WHY IS VERNON DURSLEY IN FRONT OF ME??

Okay maybe I'm dreaming and somehow this oaf of a man is just a part of some weird shifting experience. That was originally my perceptive until loud thumps followed as Dudley stomped down the stairs shoving me into the wall. Okay okay breath this is normal this is fine first I'd try to find out when or where I am if I manage to make it that far without breaking someone's fingers..

Dudley and vernon are charecters from Harry Potter that,although I loved the movies and books, wasn't exactly an idle place to be. Harry was manipulated almost his entire life being used like a lamb to the slaughter for Dumbledore selfish ambition he literally dictated Harry's whole life and Alyssa sure as hell was not about to be the next "girl-who-lived" if anything she didn't live at all if she ended up here.If I'm 'harry' or taking his place I will change his destiny and have the true ending he deserved..

"GIRL GET HERE NOW" a shrill voice called which definitely belonged to petunia or is it 'aunt petunia' now? Without a second to ponder I went to see what my demon of a relative wants. "Where is are breakfast?! We've been waiting almost a minute and nothing has been done poor Dudley is wasting away because of you". How did Harry not hex these people the second he learned any spell I felt the itch to do so and I've been here not even a day. I presumed I'd have to prepare the food considering the Dursley's squatted at the table glaring at me every few minutes from the table . I reminded myself that this would only be temporary as once my Hogwarts letter arrives I will never return to this torture chamber of a 'home' again. Even Voldemort would prefer wool's orphanage to this torment.

After preparing the Dursley's meal,which in hindsight was more of a banquet, I trenched to the door to collect the mail in hopes of finding a news paper to see the date. Although much to my surprise among the various letters one was addressed to me? I wouldn't think my Hogwarts letter would be here so soon but better now than later I'd of killed one of the Dursley's if I was forced to live with them for much longer. Lifting my oversized jumper I tucked the letter into the waist band of my trousers to later read. I'd rather not have to deal with the whole letter scenario and Hagrid taking me to diagon Alley the giant reaked of obedience to Dumbledore.Plan in mind, I headed back to the kitchen handing over the other mail before eating what little scraps the Dursley's 'graciously' saved me. I still wonder why the original Harry didn't hide his letter although he was a child he was very intelligent for his age and should of assumed the worst from his ghastly relatives.

Considering the Dursley's were walking off without as much of a thank you I ran to my cupboard to read what was inquired of me by my letter.

To Alyssa Potter,

I hope this letter finds you in good health as we are pleased to inform you of your place at Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry. Inclosed should be a list of all necessary books and equipment.
Term begins on the 1st of September with a reply by no later than July 31st from your owl.

As I had first presumed, I was now Harry although the female version considering no one remarked me as Harry but Alyssa. Secondly, I was going to Hogwarts! In no way shape or form was I going to be in put in the same house as Harry,knowing the hat it will either immediately place me in ravenclaw or slytherin.
