Abridged Doctor Gero

"Doctor Gero is who we will react to."

"Doctor Gero was the lead scientist for a group that desired to take over his world. The group was known as the Red Ribbon Army."

Laughs abound at the name.

"He was also a founding member. When a young hero name Son Goku attacked a Red Ribbon base, he killed Gero's son. Son Goku later caused the disbanding of the group by defeating it's leaders save Gero. Gero then began to plan his revenge. Twenty years later and Gero attacked. He had turned himself into a cyborg with only his brain being the only part of him still human. He and fat mime looking android attacked a town to lure Goku in for the kill. His plan failed and he was forced to awaken his two cyborgs created from kidnapped orphans. They then killed him and awakened his unfinished android version of his son. Gero had planned for his death so left a copy of his brain waves inside a computer to monitor his next step in killing Son Goku. A man made life firm made of the cells of the universes strongest fighters, that he knew about. This life form succeeded in killing Goku and avenging Gero's dead son."

"So he had a reason for what he did?", Ruby asks.

"His actions led to the destruction of an entire timelines. His creations are so powerful that they destroyed his world. Gero was driven mad by his desire for revenge and the death of his son. He made a copy of his son that lacked emotions and only desired to kill Goku. Well, that and bird watching. Gero only succeed with the twins. Other orphans died in the process of being turned into weapons to kill Son Goku."

"Yet he succeeded", Salem says.

"At the cost of his world, yes."

"He looks like Watts", Cinder's statement causes everyone to look at the scientist.

"He also has a similar personality", Emerald inputs.

"Yes Watts is basically discount Gero."

"HOW DARE YOU!? I'M OBVIOUSLY SUPERIOR TO HIM!"

"Yeah, no. He turned himself into a brain in a robot body and made back ups of his mind. If Gero hadn't gone insane he could have taken over the world. In fact, the twins had the world quaking in fear at the mere mention of them in one timeline. Gero was respected for his intelligence. In fact, the times in the Universe Seven in his reality are heroes that aided in saving their universe. You are so focused on being seen better than Polendina that you obsess over it. It will either drive you insane or eventually lead to your demise. So, get over yourself second best. Or end up like Gero."

Watts can only gape for a moment.

"You, you dare! I am second to no one!"

Cinder laughs so hard she falls to the floor. She has trouble breathing.

"Watts, your nobody. In fact", I snap my fingers and Watts disappears, "Let's move."

"Where is he?", Roan speaks up for the first time.

"I'll tell where he's not. Safe."

"He'll be ok, right?"

"Ruby your to pure."

"Even if he is mostly machine, how tough can he be?"

Yang has no idea so I decide to show her. Afterall, it'll bring me joy to show just how strong these villians are.

"He can absorb life energy, not souls, the energy your body has. He is also strong enough to do this."

The teens gasp. Roman gulps a bit. That is extreme. To impale someone with a hand is insane.

"At the end of the day, Doctor Gero is someone to fear. His intellect and engineering skills allowed him to forge a body powerful enough to destroy planets. He created beings stronger still. Gero was never a fighter. Just a man out for revenge."

"Why are you showing us this?", Adam questions.

"I hope you all will learn from their mistakes. Mostly I want to show you what drives these people. So you can compare yourselves to them.and for my entertainment."

"So we're here to entertain you! You think we're toys!", Ilia roars.

"No. I just think some of you allow your pasts to rule you. The ones truly free are Team RWBY, Roman and Neo. The rest of you are controlled by you upbringing and past. So I want to show you a few who are ruled by their past and refuse to move on from their trauma. Some are powerful, but their lives are ruined in one way or another."

"How bad are some of these?", Pyrrha asks.

"Let's move on to the next one."
