§𝐀𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐳𝐚𝐢§
I rushed to the elevator pressing the button to the main floor of the building, holding most of my bags and struggling to carry them. I took a last glance at my house before the doors closed.
A few seconds later the elevator door opened and I rushed to the main doors of the building, once I made it outside I saw the driver that was supposed to be taking me to the airport.
"Good morning!" I said slightly out of breath but happy.
"Good morning, Ms.Azai. I'll take those." He said as he opened the door and grabbed all my bags with ease. Well... okay.
I said a quick thank you as he closed the door back once I got inside. I heard the trunk open and a few seconds later I heard it close back, he opened the driver's side door and got inside before driving off. I put on my seatbelt and pulled out my phone texting Yuri to let her know I was on the way to the airport.
I then checked my appearance. I had my hair in a messy bun since I knew it would be hot once I landed, I threw on some short blue and white basketball shorts, with a white tee. I then paired that with some white slides.
I decided on something basic, I planned on sleeping all day. I barely got any sleep.
"I'm sorry for being late, I woke up late." I apologized sheepishly. I felt embarrassed, not a good first impression. What if they think I don't care about time?
I saw him glance in the mirror towards me "It's fine, you're flying private so you being late isn't going to mess with the flight." He chuckled.
I looked at him confused, Ava didn't tell me I was flying private, she just said a driver would be here to take me to the airport and what time the plane would be leaving.
I guess he saw the look on my face because he shook his head "Ava forgot to tell you I'm guessing? Ava's a busy woman, a lot of things slip her mind sometimes. Mr.Kassiuni finds it rude to fly guests out on normal flights. He mainly flies guests out on private jets, except for if it's last minute then he books first class." He said as he focused back on the road.
Once he mentioned Ava it reminded me I had to tell her once I was on the way to the airport and when I was getting on the plane. I sent her a quick text letting her know.
"Oh okay. Ava is his assistant, right?" I asked not being sure.
"Yes ma'am." He answered and I nodded, the rest of the ride was a comfortable silence. Once we arrived at the jet I got out of the car stretching and looked at the jet. It was beautiful, this would be my first time ever flying private.
I started to make my way to the jet, following behind the driver. I boarded the plane after him immediately finding a place to sit watching as he placed my bags into the overhead bin. A few seconds later the pilot walked out and greeted him.
"Hello, Ms.Azai! My name is Deller, I'll be your pilot today." He said as he held his hand out for me to shake, I quickly shook his hand smiling "Nice to meet you."
"Ms.Azai, you will be well taken care of. Deller is the best pilot I know." The driver spoke while patting the pilot's shoulder.
"Wait you're not coming?" I asked confused
"No, when your plane land Ava will be there to greet you, along with a different driver." He said as I nodded. "I should get going, I don't want to hold you up." He said
"Have a nice day." Deller and I said as he exited the jet. A few moments the door closed.
"Okay, your flight will be four hours long, buckle up. There are snacks in the back room if you get hungry. I'll announce when it's safe to take your seatbelt off." He said
