Love is a storm. It's chaotic and painful, a flurry of emotions.
The wind, the harsh evil of the people who've betrayed.
Rain turning to hail is dragged by the wind, the words of those traitors.
But all is forgotten as you enter the eye of the storm.
The bliss and happiness of being safe and warm.
The thunderous world outside is merely a thought, as you dance in the bright light of the sky, forgetting the torment of outside, of the last time.
Too distracted by the beauty, another reaches the eye of the storm, and it begins to watch her more carefully.
Slowly she dances away dragging the peaceful stillness away from you, ripping away your safety and solitude.
You watch as the outside world returns to you, and you are reminded of the harsh winds and hail of before.
The tornado of emotions and betrayal returns and this time the tranquillity hidden within stays as such, hidden within.
You are reminded that love is a storm, and that the eye will only lie on you for so long.
