After a minute of standing there with your mouth wide open, you wipe the rest of the coffee off of you. You wanted to text Jacob, but what were you going to say to him? You kept typing, trying to figure out what to say.

hey... are you okay?
im not sure what to say.
i like you too!
i think it's best if we aren't together

I mean, your brain was telling you that you shouldn't be with him. But your heart told a different story.

Jacobs POV
I watch the chat button pop up, then disappear. I was hoping she would text me and tell me she felt the same way. I wanted to tell her, but it wasn't supposed to be like that. I thought she liked me back, but I guess I was wrong. It was like my brain was telling me not to be with her, but my heart was. After sitting outside the cafe for a few minutes, with my head against my steering wheel. "Just drive, she'll text you eventually. I really need to get home, Kristian is going to help me get these nails off. They've been on for a WEEK." Bryce said sighing and opening his hand looking at his nails. "She's gonna text me soon, if I start driving I won't be able to look at it! Plus. I told you not to use nails." Jacob said setting his phone down and putting his head up, dragging his hand across his face, till he feels a buzz. He quickly picks up the phone.

2ND PERSON
"Im really sorry about all that Ace." You said, picking up your phone from the table. "Its alright, I don't know if we would work out... but I think we should still be friends. We have a lot more in common than I thought." He said smiling at you and picking up his keys. As you guys we're walking outside you were looking down at your phone. Not noticing that Jacobs car was right next to Ace's. You finally had the courage to text Jacob.
i do like you Jacob.
After sending that he immediately responds.
Maybe we should talk
about things before we
go to the Amusement Park
Jacob responded. It had completely slipped your mind that you guys were going to the park for Mia's birthday.

Once you and Ace arrived at the House, you noticed Jacobs car wasn't there. You ran into the house and into Paige's room. "Y/N!" She screamed at you as you shut the door. "What?!" You say out of breath from running up those stairs. "I saw the video. I TOLD YOU JACOB LIKED YOU!" She squealed. "Am I invited to the wedding?" Paige asked smirking at you. "Slow down. I told him I liked him back... but he said we should talk about before we go to the Amusement Park." Paige immediately sprung up from her bed and started pushing you out the door. "HEY!" You screamed at her. "YOU NEED TO GO TALK TO HIM." She screamed back, locking you out of her room. "UGH!" You shout from the outside of her door,

You ran to the windows and saw Jacobs car pulling into the driveway. You took a deep breath and slowly waited in your room for him to go into his room, luckily your rooms were right across from each-other so you would know when he came in.

Once Jacob was sitting alone in his room, you walked up to his bed. You say right next to him. He looked a little nervous, but tried to compose himself. "So..." you try to start a conversation. You both look at each other. He gently puts his finger under your chin, and places his soft lips on yours. After the 5 second long kiss, you break apart. "I don't know if this is right." You said. You obviously were in love with him, and didn't want to ruin the moment. But after building up your career, you can't let it crumble down because of love. "Can we at least give it a try?" Jacob looks at you with sad eyebrows but with a small smile. You were hesitant, but you responded to him after a few seconds. "Why not." You say smiling back at him.

You had been craving being near him for so long. Being able to lay with him. Being able to kiss him. You couldn't hold yourself back anymore. You were both laying in his bed, he was playing on his PS5, while you were scrolling on TikTok. His head was in between your thighs and you were playing with his hair.
