I am so sorry guys.. i don't know how.. i posted this chapter yesterday on insta.. i don't know how i didn't post it here.. it just.. it just slipped out of my mind.. and then i got busy.. so sorry..
But today you guys can enjoy two chapters!!

Abhi quickly dialled sid's number..
Sid picked up the call in few rings..
Sid: hello..
Abhi: siddharth jaldi ghar aa.. (siddharth, come home fast..)
Sensing the panick and worry in his brother's voice, sid asked worried..
Sid: kya hua Bhai?? Sab theek hai?? Mom?? (What happened bhai?? Is everything ok.. mom??)
Abhi: sid mom ko kuch nahi hua hai.. but avneet.. (nothing has happened to mom sid.. but avneet..)
Sid: Avu.. Avu ko kya hua hai?? (Avu.. what happened to Avu..)
Abhi: sid she has fainted..
Sid: what?? How??
Abhi: hume nahi pata.. we have called the doctor.. you come home fast.. (we don't know...)
Sid: abhi.. abhi nikalta hoon.. (I'll..I'll leave now..)

Tears formed in sid's eyes thinking of the possibilities... What must have happened?? How did avu fall unconscious all of a sudden??
He quickly left from there but as he was in his party's office, it was far from his house..

Meanwhile, the doctor reached the nigam house..
He started checking Avu and all were standing closely praying for her..
They were very worried for her.. it doesn't matter what their relation is, how well they bond and how much they like or dislike her.. but what mattered now was her health.. the care, the worry for her in the eyes and hearts of the nigams was true and genuine.. they really cared for her.. though they didn't show, but they did care for her..

The doctor injected Avu some glucose and after sometime she regained her senses..
Vaish: avneet.. avneet you're fine right??
Avu was weak.. she couldn't respond.. she slowly nodded her head.. she blinked her eyes adjusting a bit..
With the help of vaish, she sat down on the bed taking its support... The doctor started checking her blood pressure and other things noting it down..
Avu(barely able to speak): s-sid??
Abhi: woh.. woh aa raha hai.. raaste mein hai.. (he is coming.. on the way..)
Avu nodded and closed her eyes as her head was heavy..
Va: what has happened to her doctor?? She is fine right??
Doc: hm.. what was the last time she had eaten something??
Va got confused but none the less answered..
Va: today dinner i guess..
Doc(to Avu): you tell.. when and what did you have last?
Avu opened her eyes and saw the doctor.. she tried remembering..
Avu: to-today break-breakfast..
All the rest three were shocked.. she didn't have her dinner?? What about her lunch?? She didn't have that too..
Doc: what did you eat..
Avu: one.. one pe-piece br-bread...
Vaish: only one peice??
Avu nodded..
Doc: and before that what did you have and when??
Avu: yes-yesterday lu-lunch..
And here another shock for all..
Abhi(whispered to himself): her dinner??
Doc: hmm.. so she has fainted due to weakness.. no proper nutrients were going in her body due to which there was weakness and she fainted.. proper diet should be given and I'll prescribe some vitamins for her, give her that, she should get fit and fine in few days..
Va: okay doctor thanks..
The doctor nodded and left..

So everyone knows the truth now.. Avu has fainted due to weakness.. malnutrition in a way.. what will happen when sid gets to know about this?? Will he blame his family or will he get angry with Avu?? Will he understand what she felt and if yes.. then what will he do?? Those questions are for later.. first, how will the family react??
