A Lullaby for the kids

Timeline : Around 2 weeks after Cale woke up after killed White Star, the war with the hunters didn't start yet.

     It had been 2 weeks after Cale woke up from his 'coma' phase after stabbing his own heart like a lunatic to kill the most famous White Raddish. The children had been clinging to him for hours like- the only time he had privacy was while he was taking a bath like bro, really?

     Well, he could understand their worries and possibly some traumas but still, give him some privacy dude. Thankfully, he's still the 'therapist' or you can say 'mother', wait, 'papa' of the group. His children and the wolf children (+Lock) still had nightmares as well as today.

     So today, he decided to sing a lullaby to them to help them overcome the nightmares; hoping they'll stop coming to his bedroom in the midnight or at 3 a.m. just to see him and disturb his sleep. The children, you can see there are at least 13 kids on his bed. He let them to record to and play it when they had nightmares, little did he know that Raon and Lock with their amazing idea decided to use a magic communication device instead and broadcasting his father to at least his whole teammates! How amazing!

     The bed was as soft as a cloud, and the night air can be feeled from a window that was opened a bit. The ticking cloud shows that it was 10:39 at nighttime, and the children are covered in blankets with Cale on the middle of it; they are as comfortable as ever. And our beloved heroes? They already seated at Alberu's fluffy couch.

Cale clear his throat, and started to sing with the most angelic voice anybeing can imagine :

    And the heroes are stunned. Most of them thinking how beautiful his voice is, but some other people are thinking about the lyrics; On, Ron, and Eruhaben are wondering about the meaning.

'Wandering child huh..?' On looks at her papa while thinking that it was directly talking about she and her siblings.
'Path since birth? Well... I guess so.' Ron just stare at his young master, waiting for the next part of the song.
'Why am I got a feeling that this will be the beginning of one hell of troublesome matter?' Only if the ancient dragon knows it's true.

"Yes... We won't search anymore. Why would we?" A certain black hair mumbling to himself, and others can agree with it.
'Silence your song... Silence you, be careless about you, judge you; now why does he talks about me?' The blonde Hyung look at his cute headache silently.
Now that's 2 misunderstanding.

Cale gently stroke his second child head, while looking lovingly to his eldest daughter and Lock, as if saying 'You are still young, be patient, the time will come.' which make them smile at their father figure. While the ones in our cookie prince room are almost die from how cute the bonding that is formed between their commander and the children.

He then take Raon to his lap, almost making the dragon drop the communication device that startled those on the other side of the orb. Cale then slightly using his ancient power from The Thief to put the blankets for the sleepy children on the bed; he can hear Super Rock's voice in his head,

- 'You are indeed a father. A good one on top of that.'

making him softly smile. His simps that noticed his soft smile feels their cheeks started to warming up but of course his father figures wouldn't stand still.

His record ability started to play a scene, a scene when he is watching a very old film from a camera that he accidently stumbled to on the catacalysm. It's a very old film from his car camera.

"Ah so that's what you learn from Soomin Noona?" he nod his head, "Well i'll add somethings to her teaching." Young him look at his mother, "You better listen carefully to your mom little guy! Or else she won't cook us cookies for the weekend" his father laughs from the front seat can be heard, while his mother seems to be ready to punch his father on the head. "NO MOM!! I'll listen well!" He sees himself crying, making his mother ready to choke his sweaty father on the throat. 

Trying to calm him down, his mother continue-

His voice slightly cracking at the beginning, making the children look at him in worries; while he himself is looking at the mirror, avoiding the kids looks. The record then continues.

"Woah!! Mom you have a nice voice!" the innocent child slowly smile, "but what do you mean mom?" "You know your mom won't tell you right? She'll say 'you'll find out later' or something" The driver cut out his mother while trying to mimics her voice that just make her even more angry at him. He can see young him is laughing because of his father action, and the film ended there. His record also stopped there.

He feels his eyes turning heavy, but since the that left lyrics aren't so long, he decided to continue despite the puffy feelings on his chest.

He then look at his children again, who is already sleepy; Alberu and his friends at the palace is feeling the same. He look at the wolf children one by one, started from Maes and ended by Lock. The children smile faintly hearing the repeated lyrics but more pressure at the part 'The blue in an ocean of grey', make them curios about it. 'Is it about the sea of black mana? But there's no blue there though?' the great Raon Miru is thinking about his human's word.

'Now that i think about it...' Glenn look at the read head, "Realize about what?" he mumbles but due the sharp ears of the heroes, now all the hero is wondering about it too. "And about lyrics, what does the part about the grey ocean? Is it black mana?" Alberu asks, accidently adding more crazy theory in our Pope of Caleism mind.

Then, he stops singing. He look at the sleeping children on his bed, and after making sure no one is awake, a heavy sigh escape from his mouth. His face that first looks really calm now is in the mix of sad and bitterness.

- Damned record.

Cheapstake commented without any continuition of cursing, which is surprising to Cale. But he couldn't help but agree, 'Yeah, fucking damned record.'
