14. Moonlight

Zoé's pov

I woke up slowly with weird feeling. I didn't knew the time, I didn't knew if I'm awake yet or not. I opened my eyes slowly as I was watching the room for a while. I was shaking feeling little bit cold, when I wanted to move my hand to pull the blanket more up, suddenly someone behind me did it for me.
What the-!? I just realized that someone was laying next to me! I was scared to look behind my back.. so I just rolled over and pretended that I just woke up. I opened my eyes slowly and saw Flairmidable watching me with his cute puppy look.
"Flair! You scared me!"
"Oops! Sorry, but you were sleeping so peacefully, it was so adorable." He smirked.
I just rolled my eyes.
"Are you feeling better now?" He asked.
I was confused.
"How did you know what happend?"
"Ahh I- saw this towel on your forehead while you were sleeping, I thought you were sick or something.. so I was watching over you the whole time."
He smiled at me and keep staring into my eyes. I felt myself blushing a bit.
"Wait, how long are you here?"
"Since 9pm, now it's 2am soo around five hours already."
I was shocked.
"You were laying here next to me and watching over me for five hours!?"
"Actuallyy yeah? Just fixing your blanket every time when you were shaking or you moved on differend side. And watching you sleeping is actually much better than watching a movie."
I felt embarrased.
"Who even gived you permission to step into my room without asking? Should I call the cops on you?"
"Hey calm down, I didn't do anything serious?"
I pouted. He lifted up my chin and looked straight into my eyes.
"Don't be mad precious, you can take me as your bodyguard."
"Huh? You're so silly." I booped his nose and layed my head on the pillow again. But I knew he was still staring at me.
"Can you stop staring at me? Stare somewhere else!"
"Sorry, I just can't resist your cuteness."
I pouted at him mad.
"Why did you wanted to meet anyway?"
"I wanted to give you something, but then I saw you feeling unwell so.. maybe next time."
"I'm fine, I just fainted okay?.." I sighed.
"I don't want you to feel dizzy even more." He said and stroked my cheek with his inch.
I touched his hand and pulled away.
"Why do you care anyway? Why don't you care about your friends or family instead?"
He looked away and thinked.
"I don't have friends, and.. my family actually doesn't even care when I'm gone. Actually I'm sneaking out all the time and my mother never cares about it at all, she thinks I'm hanging out with my friends."
"Oh, and your dad?"
He was quiet for a while.
"He.. he is away all the time."
"I'm sorry for you.." I said.
"Well, that's why I'm here with you. You're a nice girl, and I really like your accent. You really got my attention as Vesperia, the way you would do whatever it takes only to reach your goals is fascinating. And you are very pretty as well." He smirked at me.
"Thanks for the compliment, little boy. But you're not as attractive as me." I smirked back.
"Hey that's not true. I can be very attractive as well, and I am also pretty handsome." He pulled me close to his body and looked deeply into my eyes. I felt myself blushing for no reason.
"Hmm.. I don't know." I tryed to tease him. I knew he was flirting with me, and I could tease him pretty badly for it. But I still had feelings for other boy..
"What about going for a walk? Getting some fresh air will help your mind."
"But I can't step out of the door at this time."
"Who said we will use the door?" He smirked and took my hand. I followed him to the balcony and then he looked at me.
"Are you ready?" He asked.
"Ready? For what?"
He picked me up and carried me to the railing.
"FLAIR DON'T YOU DARE-" He just smirked evily and jumped off the balcony.
I tried not to scream, I was just holding tight on his chest and hoping for the end. He jumped on the top of the Eiffel tower and putted me down.
"Flairmidable! You naughty dog!" I crossed my arms and pouted. He was just giggling.

I looked around and I got stunned by the glowing beauty of the city. It was really beautiful night view. I could see the whole night sky full of gorgeous stars and the bright moon.
"Oh w-wow.." I couldn't even speak.
"Do you like it?"
"Of course! I have never seen Paris in this view. It's beautiful!" I closed my eyes and felt the wind in my face. I felt so free at the moment, I wanted to feel the freedom.

Suddenly he took my hand and looked straight into my eyes. He pulled a rose from his back and gived it to me.
"Your beauty cannot be compared to anything more beautiful than yourself."
He touched my cheek and I blushed so hard while I was lost in his beautiful green eyes. He gived me butterflies in my stomach and I couldn't even move my lips.
"Well- anyway.." He said and looked away. My excitement ended when he pulled away. I was catching some weird feelings for him.
We were watching the city for some time, and I was really enjoying it. He was really a nice guy, attractive, handsome, sweet, just my silly puppy.
I felt safe around him, just as I was with Félix. But I didn't knew who Flairmidable is, I didn't knew why is he so differend around me Instead of Ladybug.
"We should go back, you have school tomorrow anyway."
"Yeah, but I don't know if I should go."
"Why is that so?"
"I don't know, I don't feel like going to school tomorrow." I sighed.
"Okay, no worries." He picked me up and bringed me back to my balcony. He was ready to leave but then I took his hand.
"Actually, thank you for coming.. I need to admit, you can really cheer me up." I smiled.
"I'm glad to help. If you'll need me, just text me on this number." He took his ball and opened it into a phone.
"Heh that's pretty cool, I'll give you my number as well." I took my phone from my pocket and we writed our phone numbers into our contacts.
"Well, see you soon, precious." He kissed my hand and left.

I was glad to have him, he can make me smile again.. and when I looked deeply into my heart, I was actually even catching feelings for him.
