20. Apart

Félix's pov

I was hidding my blushing face with a blanket, but then I started to laugh.
"What the heck is so funny about it!?"
She yelled.
"BAHAHAHAH!.. You should see your face right now."
"Shut up! I didn't allowed you to sneak into my room anytime you want!?" She said.
"And I didn't expected you to walk around your room naked, well.. exept the towel." I secretly smirked.
She took the clothes from her wardrobe and walked off like a little maddy. I had a little fun of it, but that wasn't the reason why I came back.. I wanted to tell her the truth.

Zoé's pov

I couldn't believe this jerk was finding it funny to rush into my privacity like that. He will pay for it as soon as i'll put my clothes back on. I came back while seeing him waiting. For a moment, I forgot what day is it.
"Zoé can I-"
"WHAT DAY IS IT-" I said.
"Uhm.. monday?"
"Oh no! I totaly forgot that I have school!!" I took my school bag fast and fixed my make-up.
"But I wanted to talk to you-"
"See ya puppy! Be good!" I kissed his cheek fast and left my room.

Félix's pov

I sighed.
"Barkk, lay down." I detransformed.
I feeded my kwami and sat on the bed.
"I have to talk to her, I can't continue like this!.."
"But mister Félix, she's in love with Flairmidable now.." Barkk said.
"But I am Flairmidable! Dammit! When she comes back from school, I will talk to her as Félix, I will tell her the truth, that's it!.."
"But that's also risky, it can ruin the relationship between you two." She said.
"I know, but I can't lie to her.. I want her to accept me for who I am, and I have to explain that I'm innocent. It was Chloé's bad plan how to break us apart! I need to do something!"
"Maybe I have an idea-?"
I looked at Barkk and smiled. I will get Zoé back in any cost.. I love her and I want to marry that girl someday. I don't care about her family or friends opinion, it's my choice and I decided that.
I noticed my ticket to London has a date for tomorrow's night. I need to do my best to success in my mission.

I was outside walking around the Paris while waiting for Zoé's lessons to end.
After a while, I spotted her walking out of the school on her way home. I secretly followed her until we got to the hotel. She didn't noticed me at all. She went upstairs to the hallway while she finally spotted me behind her.
"Y-you-"
"Zoé I need to talk to you, please."
"..I don't want to hear anything from you. Leave me alone." She opened the door and tryed to close it infront of me, but I was holding the door opened.
"Damn! Why can't you just listen at least once in my freaking life!?"
She stopped pushing the door against me and stepped back.
"Give me one good reason, why should I listen?"
"Because I want you to know the truth."
"There are only lies, and besides.. I don't feel anything to you anymore."
"Whatever you say, all I want right now, is you to listen."
"Fine, what is it." She crossed her arms while giving me a dead stare.
"However you feel, I still love you. I wish I knew what was Chloé up to that day.. all of this would never happen!"
"So.. it's all Chloé's fault."
"I regret being so obsessed with you that I forgot to focus on what was going on. I wanted everything to be perfect, but everything got messed up.. you have no idea how much I wanted to make her pay!"
She sighed.
"She already payed today. Someone throwed a bucked of cold water on her from the rooftop before the school started."
I started to giggle.
"What's so funny."
"I am thinking how did her face looked alike-" I started to laugh, and she smiled.
"Well, she really was madly screaming, and refused to come back.. it was actually making me laugh."
I smiled and stepped closer.
"Zoé, I need to tell you something."
"If you wanna come back to me, then sorry, but I moved on..."
"But I-"
"No Félix! You know what? I love someone else! Someone who was always here for me when I was at my worst, someone who actually cares!"
I looked into her eyes.
She stayed quiet and looked away sadly. I knew who she was talking about.
"Let me guess, Flairmidable?"
Her face frozed.
"How-...do you know?!" She asked nervously.
I sighed. "That's enough, Zoé.. I know I hurted you, but I tried to explain everything so many times, but you never listened! You have no idea how it hurts to see everything that's happening! I-... it feels so heavy.. but if I hurt you that much.. maybe it will be better.. by your way."

I felt her heart getting frozen inside. I knew it hurts her, but It hurts me even more.
"Look, I can't continue like this.. I love you, but I see you moved on from me since the moment when Chloé ruined everything. I don't know what to do anymore, I wanted to tell you everything this morning.. Who do you think throwed the bucked with cold water on Chloé? Me! I did! To make her pay! Even tho she deserves way worse.. I never did kissed her, she forced me into this right infront of you.. but you better belive the liar huh!? Or you love Flair instead?!"
"F-Félix... stop. You have no idea who Flair is, but he definitely is not you!"
"I am leaving back to London tomorrow.. I understand your situation, but I think it's maybe better, if we'll go differend ways. I am not asking for forgiveness, but I want you to forget me."
"Wait Félix please- " she started to cry.
"I'm sorry.. for making troubles in your life. I wish I could travel back in time and fix my mistakes, but it's over now. I hope you'll forgive me someday." I left her room and ran out of the hotel. I knew it didn't went as I planned, but I also knew this won't be the same.

Zoé's pov

I was shocked and my heart was broken in thousands of pieces. I knew this time it was all my fault. He never did anything wrong, he just wanted to tell me the truth all along, but I was so heartless over him.
"FÉLIX WAIT!! Please don't leave!!!"
I tryed to chase him but he was faster. When I ran our of the hotel, he was already gone. I bursted to tears, because this time, I didn't had anyone to hold my back.
